"I'm surprised to see so many poor reviews? I have had a good experience with this company. I first won a free dog toy in a twitter offer and they sent me a really nice high quality toy. I wasn't expecting something so nice. Then I ordered one of their fire hose beds and a snuggle bed for my dogs. It shipped and arrived within a week and they are great products. So, I don't know, maybe they had a couple glitches or something, but I think it's a good company to buy from and plan on ordering again."

"The Paws is a horrible place to buy from. They charged my credit card right away, but it took more than two weeks for my item to be shipped out. I ordered some dog toys for my puppies and they were not even worth the money I spent on them. The toys were cheap and tiny. I have tried contacting them, but no one answers the phones or replies to the emails. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Buyers beware. I am in the process of asking for a charge back from my credit card because what they described is not what I ordered. This company will scam you."

"This company is horrible. It seems to be running by only one man. I made a purchase and luckily the most expensive item arrived safe and sound. But I was missing 2 other items. I emailed William (the owner) and he claimed it was getting shipped out. It's been a month, and I haven't received it. Nor have I gotten a single e-mail since that lie of his. Phone calls haven't been answered, and just recently, the number may be out of service. Currently, trying to get credit card company to remove that partial charge. Beware thepaws.com !! "
"I saw a sale at this new website so I placed an order. Shortly after placing the order (same day) I needed to cancel because my wife does not like the particular pet toy I ordered from work. Instead of billing my card upon shipment, this company bills immediately. Calling the company results in always going to voicemail, and e-mail took two business days to get back to me. Ultimately, the owner was able to stop the order before it shipped. The orderwas on 1/14/11, and as of 1/24/11 I still do not have my refund posted to my credit card."
