"I ordered a case for my daughters gravity 2....i paid for 2 day shipping so she would have it before she left on vacation. She did recieve the case 3 weeks later. They sent it the slowest possible way: USPS Parcel mail. I filed a complaint with paypal but paypal sided with them because she EVENTUALLY received the case. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKED B@STARDS. F*CK YOU & PAYPAL."

"Ordered a holster for my Nokia N900. Price seemed too good to be true. Looks like it was! They sent the wrong case (even though the invoice had the correct part number, the case was NOT what was on the product picture. It was too small for my phone. When I tried to call them to get them to fix the problem, I could not get through to their company. The phone number they listed is not a working line. I managed to find a different number, but they never answer.

Steer clear of this company, there are far better and more reputable merchants out there. I am filing a paypal claim for this one."

"I ordered accessories from this company and paid via Paypal. While Paypal emailed me a payment confirmation, the company never did. I followed up with a friendly email several days later asking for confirmation of the order and shipping status. As I received no email from them for days, I called and was connected to a representative, who informed me that order confirmations are not sent "when payment is received through Paypal." This made little sense to me (to be polite), and I asked why my follow-up email was not answered either. The representative told me company email had not been working for days. At that time I cancelled my order and asked for a full refund, which did occur within days, so at least that worked. Reading the few reviews here now, I am not surprised to see I was the only unsatisfied customer. Stay away from this company!"

"I ordered 3 items from this retailer. I received one of the three items. The packing slip said two of the items were back ordered (their web site did not say this). The one item I received was the wrong item. Now I will have to return this item at my own expense. I confirm they do not answer emails. I got burned for $63.00. Please, do NOT patronize this company! This is my first bad experience with an on-line transaction."

"I ordered a battery and battery door. I am waited a week and called them. I had not recieved comfirmation of order other then charge on credit card. I was told battery had shipped and would be her yesterday. Then told battery door would ship monday. I have not seen battery which I told them I was not accepting and wanted my money back. I paid extra for two day shipping and was told that would not be refunded. When I called back and told the it had not arrived so obviously not shipped and wanted shipping refunded to was told it shipped out this morning and I would not get shipping back. Customer service number on website is no good they will give you another number to call. They don't answer e-mail questions at all. "
