"I ordered a man's and a womens sauna terry cover and thought I had ordered both in white. The ladies cover-up came and was bright yellow. I tried several times to contact customer service, left may messages and never received a call back. Ended up making another order for a WHITE one.
Not happy about the lack of customer service.

"Unresponsive, no order has arrived, card billed, not happy.
I placed an order in early December. I received an email stating one item out of many that I ordered was out of stock. I responded to the email on 12/16 requesting that everything else be shipped so the bulk of it arrives by Christmas and the one item backordered can be sent when it's back in stock. No response to the email. I called every day since and left a message. I submitted a customer service request online on 12/21, and it says that my request is being processed by Kim. Every phone # I find for them goes straight to voicemail. My card has been charged, and I have no gift for Christmas, and no idea if I will ever receive the items I ordered. I prefer to receive the bulk of my shipment ASAP, but if this cannot happen, I want a full refund.

"I have ordered and already been charged a total of 288.44 for personalized travel mugs and expedited shipping (3-5 days). Not only have I not received my order but I have only been able to talk with someone briefly regarding my order. She said it was going to ship the next day. When she answered the phone she answered, "hello" so this was obviously a fluke that I got in touch with somebody. I have called repeatedly, left numerous messages, and sent numerous email. All of which have not been responded to.

At this point I feel as if the company is just taking people's money and not sending merchandise.

This order was for a company gift for christmas. At this point I expect for the extra shipping to be refunded and If I do not receive the order by Tuesday (12/20) midday ....I will not longer need the order and I will expect to be refunded the full amount. I

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

"I am very upset... as I paid a 60.00 shipping fee to have it overnighted in time for my husbands birthday... not only did I not receive the the item in time,,I have never even received it at all, Please get back to me..as I still want it to give to him for Christmas,,but I am sure not going to be happy if I am not credited back the 60.00 rushed shipping fee.
