"ordered and paid for a service manual recieved a parts book that their website said was 13.00 less,retured the parts book and 2 days after they recieved it they didn't know they had it,only way they will communicate is Email and that appears a waste of time,

"I ordered a manual and paid extra for 2 day shipping, yet my order was sell showing "processing" 2 days later, so I went on my account and clicked on the cancel order button, but there it goes no where. I called a few times, but all you get is a recording say no one is available to help you, leave a message. So I left a message telling to cancel my order. I check back later to see that my order has now shipped. The order I don't want, now, Since I already got the manual I want from a real company, not some fly by night outfit operating out of their basement, whenever they have some spare time to get around to it. No one ever seems to answer the phone. I don't even know why they have a phone number. They don't even answer to take orders. What kind of way is this to run a business. And to send an order after being told to cancel it is absolutely disgusting. Pay the extra few cents and order from a real company, its no worth doing business with a dishonest company, like this. "
"This is the first time I have ordred from this store and I am well pleased. My order date was on the 13th of Deecember and I received my order on the 16th of December. I was not charged for postage and handling which means a lot. I reccomend these folks very highly and I will definately will do business with them again."
