"Bought a suitcase & paid with Paypal. Received a shipping notice but, the shipment never showed any progress other than the notice being sent. They said they would look into my issue & then never would respond again. So, I filed a claim in Paypal & finally after almost 2 months got my money back. Be very careful dealing with them, I think they are a bit on the shady side."

"I was searching for a piece of luggage to buy for a wonderful customer, knowing that she does extensive travel. Found this vendor from a Google search. Website was good at describing products but a little less intuitive because though it might describe a line of luggage very well, you'd have to click through a link to find out if the line was even available. I called their 800 number because I had a price limit and a guess as to what I wanted but needed some guidance in regard to features and quality. Spoke with Marty who was knowledgable, helpful, and no-pressure. I couldn't order from the initial call because I had to confirm my budget and Marty was understanding. Called back 20 minutes later to make the order, Marty was able to accomodate my need to ship to the hotel where I'd be staying since I was traveling. Everything arrived on time, and as advertised, with the best price I've seen. I had a great meeting with my customer today, who LOVED her gift. Kudos to excellent service. I'll be making more use of this company for gifts for the holidays. "
