"I would like to take a moment and wrtie these coupleof words regarding my experience with the Lens Depot. We are more than glad that we found such a great rental company like you guys. Also, we were more than happy with the following:
- customer Service over the phone.
- customer cosaultation over the phone.
- The response time.
- the orders handeling from A-Z.
- the shipping, delivery, and return logistics.
- Being informative.
- the rental products (clean, looks brand new)
- the follow up.
- The ease of processes and the rental process.
All these things went just perfect and I would recommend The Lens Depot for anybody especially if you are concerned about the price! (they're pretty reasonable).
The only thing I would mention is that they have a lot of orders going on..so you need to reserve your itme as soon as you're thinking to rent..or The Lens Depot needs to provide more products...lol :)
They are also good at handling payments issues. I had a problem with a third party agent, and they resolved the issue and made them release the funds in my account.

They made sure the order was out for shipping first thing the next day, and I got it with plenty of time before I left. I have rented before and will continue to rent from them. They have a great selection of lenses and accessories. They send out emails to let you know when the lense shipped with tracking, and also friendly reminders about return dates for shipping.
