I ordered an ergonomic mouse (Evoluent Vertical Mouse the first one was wireless Ver. 3 it totally messed up my Win7 PC...the printers would not display - at all! As soon as I removed the transmitter stick from the USB port & replaced it with my old mouse all problems vanished. Now I've received the Evoluent Vertical Mouse WIRED version 4 & have installed it using the software on Evoluent's website NO PROBLEMS! All things are working - I've been using it for almost 2 days & am happily getting used to it. My repetitive use pain comes & goes (Rotator Cuff injury) this mouse should help make it less frequent.
The Human Solution handled my issues in a very reasonable & timely manor. I recommend them highly. My particular PC had a problem with the wireless version which cost me a few bucks for restocking & shipping - no one could have anticipated this quirk - I'm satisfied."
