"While I have ordered fro the herb shack in the past, I will never order from them in the future. The site claims same day shipping. This is far from the truth. They sent me a confirmation email. Three days later they charged my credit card. No tracking info or correspondence of any kind. Don't even try to contact them through "customer Service" on the website, they don't respond. The only response I got was emailing the sales address. The email stated "most people complaining of missing orders received them. 20 days and nothing. Stay away from this site. They ripped me off of almost $400.00. They once shipped products. Now they are SCAMMERS. Buyer beware."
