"This is my 2nd time placing an order with Gourmet Depot and the 2nd time I've been extremely satisfied. Order arrived promptly. When I had some trouble getting the workbowl onto the food processor, I called Gourmet Depot. A very pleasant woman said the man who could help me was away from his desk, but would call me back. He did within 20 minutes. During my wait, I kinda figured out how to get the bowl on, so when he called back, I told him I had fixed the problem. But instead of just saying "Great" and hanging up, he took the time to give me a tip (file down a bump on the bowl locking mechanism)to make it easier to get the bowl onto the food processor. Really appreciate Gourmet Depot's great service which is becoming increasingly hard to find these days. Plus they offer an extensive selection of parts so you don't have to throw out your whole appliance just because after 20 years, your food processor bowl has cracked. AND their prices are competitive! Enthusiatic five stars!"

"I was glad to find a replacement for a discontinued coffee carafe. Product received was perfect. Shipping and handling was very slow. Ordered on 2/23 (sun) , rec'd on 3/11 (tues). Thats means it took a full 5 business days to process the order and 9 days to ship from CA to VA. Emailed customer service during a caffiene withdrawl and got an automated type response that i could cancel the order if it hadn't been shipped yet (which it had). In the end it was fine. "
