"I seem to be going through the same problems as the other reviews I have read. I placed the order and have been unable to reach the company via e mail or phone. It hasn't shipped and I'm sure it won't !!!!!! This TV was to be a Christmas gift, The First Avenue has ruined that. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THROUGH THIS COMPANY AGAIN,FURTHERMORE I WILL BE FILING INTERNET FRAUD CHARGES. I have already contacted my credit card company, they stated this isn't the first complaint filed against The First Avenue. I'm looking forward to dealing with these scam artists on a legal leval. "
"ok i placed a order for a TV, was the cheapest and thought the site looked legit.
awesome.. well he minute i placed the order my ard was charged thought. ok. it must ship on monday then (site says noit charged until 24hrs before shipping)
monday didnt get email. so i call and email to ask if they got my order.. calling is pointless, get generic voice message Saying they are busy with all the sales going on.
email is pointless too.. did this for 4 days non stop. finally found the owner of the site [Bill Herrington]
did domain tools to find him and the email that isnt listed on the site. emailed him. to cancel order. multiple times. and last one worked since i was talking to my bank about filing claims and possible getting police action.
then with in 4 hrs i get email saying my card was never charged, and order is canceled..
i will Avoid this store like the plague... stick to Trusted sites

"Don’t buy from this vendor! I tried to cancel an order before it shipped, but it was shipped anyway. I tried to return it, but they didn’t respond to emails and voicemails. Their phone rings directly to voicemail to give the impression that they are a bigger company. I shipped the product back at my own expense within the 30-day requirement, and continued the emails and voicemails. After 90 days, I had my credit card company file a dispute to get the charges reversed. Don’t believe their web site."
"Bait and switch company took order for a monitor they did not have. Then charged my credit card and emailed me that they would send a different monitor and credit my account for the difference.
There are many good on-line retailers like Amazon. Don't buy from this company"
