"I ordered Jammers for my son's swim team, the 24-48 hours for shipping and processing passed and nothing. I know times are tough so I waited a week to call and find out what was going on. Apparently the Jammers I ordered are out of stock, and the rep indicated that it could be 2-3 months before they have them again! There was no clue when I ordered that they were unavailable, and if I had waited I don't know if or when they would have let me know that they weren't coming! The money sure had been removed promptly from my bank account, I had checked to make sure! (It was returned swiftly after cancelling my order.) Way too long without letting someone know they are waiting in vain, don't let that time slip by if you're in any kind of time crunch!"
