"I found this company and their "Eliminator" online and thought it was a cool idea, so I ordered one. After I placed my order I received a confirmation email. No delivery or shipping date was provided in the email. After about a week, and no product and no communication from the company, I thought I better check on my order. When I went to my account on their web site, it said "payment status: accepted", no other information was provided. I replied to their confirmation email, but it was returned as undeliverable. I sent two emails from their 'contact us' page on their web site inquiring about the order but I received no reply. I tried calling the number on their web site several times but a recording stated the number was not in service. The initial confirmation email was the only communication I received from this company until I filed a dispute through Paypal to get my money back. I then received another email from them that simply said, "Your order has been rejected". Don't waste your time with this company or their product."
