It is very appreciated to see and feel some dedication and will to help costumers from the side of the retailer.Never thought the online chat service from a website could be so helpful. In fact it is my first enjoyable experience with one of them.

"I came across DJ Hookup while searching online for DJ-related gift for my daughter. With less than one week until my daughter's birthday, I was worried whether they could ship in time. I called the company at 1:00 a.m. their time and actually reached a real person. She told me they could get it out right away, showed me how to order free gift-wrapping from the site (Christmas wrap, but generic enough!), and how to have it shipped to make it in time. She even called back afterwards to tell me that my daughter would need to sign for it and to be sure that was OK since it would be arriving on her birthday. "Purchasing from The DJ Hookup / Stroodl,inc. was THE WORST experience i have had with an online vendor.My package was left at my front door a stone throw from the street and was Stolen by the time my wife arrived home at 11:00 pm ! Once i informed DJ Hookup of the incident,they told me to contact UPS and fill out a police report.My wife took a day off from work and contacted UPS and was about to file the report when UPS indicated that was not necessary.UPS would do their own investigation...3 weeks later they arrived at my home and had me sign a statement that i had not received the package.Then i receive an E-mail from DJ Hookup stating the exact opposite, that they received a signed affidavit that I DID receive the package.DJ hookup was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL in the handling of this matter and still have not contacted me about it going on 5 weeks and so i contacted my Credit Card Company to have them resolve the issue and i will NEVER BUY another item from DJ Hookup in the future ! They should change their name to DJ EF'd UP ! Signed...Never buying From DJ Hoookup Again ! (They did not Hook Me Up)"
