"tracking the order on their site does not work, as I understand, since 2000 (there's an error in the page). emailing "please update me on my order status" gets no response. Call them, "our ups guy is not in the office, call on Monday". Note that their Profile says "Customer Service is our priority." The only good thing about them is their shining first page of their website with all these "God bless America" and their deep sorrow for the 9/11. Well guys, perhaps God indeed bless America, but your crappy business certainly does not."

"I ordered a Harddrive while in Korea, so I was hoping not to have any hassles. At the time I didn't know about this site. I had no problems with the delivery of the product, but I think my product was used. It was wrapped in bubbletape and not in a static bag. It works fine, but I would have liked to have gotten an unused part, especially when dealing with electronics. Anyway, no real complaint other than that."

"I found that they had a Geforce3 TI200 for $79 with free shipping so I ordered it 7am PST but canceled the order around 10am. On the 3rd they charged my credit card $108(what was shown on their website, you had to put the info from pricewatch into the Note box). When I called to get the charge removed I was told "I have to have the accounting guy get back to you" and I haven't heard anything since. This has been disputed with my CC company."

"I ordered 2 40 gig 7200 RPM hard drives and a few days later got an e-mail stating that they were out of stock until the middle of next week and that they could refund the money or ship me 2 40 gig 5400 rpm drives for the same money....why would I want a slower hard drive for the same money? So when I said that I wanted the order cancelled and asked when it would be refunded, I never got an e-mail back. I literally e-mailed 2 or 3 more times without a response. I called the credit card company and they had finally credited it back. What crappy customer service, I wouldn't want to deal with these people again. "

"I ordered an 80 gig drive and received a 40 gig instead. I called and spoke to "Ratan" in the RMA Dept. where he said I should send the 40 gig back. I said they should pay for shipping since they shipped the wrong drive so he reluctantly agreed. Ship out an 80 gig with a return shipping label in the box and I will return the 40 gig drive. A week goes by and nothing. So I call him and he says, "Was I supposed to send out the 80 gig?" Yes of course, Ratan. I need the return shipping label that is going to be with the new drive. So he sends the new drive but "the shipping guy forgot the return shipping label." Wow, talk about unprofessional service. So I sent the 40 gig back at my cost and took a chance at getting my shipping back. I threatened that I would be writing of my experience here at ResellerRatings and amazingly he reimbursed the shipping.

I will NOT buy from this company again. I shouldn't have to fight and threaten the RMA dept in order to have them fix a problem they created.

"I ordered my HD on the 15th of june, it didn't get here till the second week of July. I emailed them twice with absolutely no response what-so-ever around june 25th and 30th. When the package was finally shipped... they failed to put my apartment number on the package. Even though they clearly had my apartment number on my email receipt. Irresponsible service. A worthless company."

"Ordered a Toshiba 4018 laptop HDD for upgrade on April 12,2002. Discovered reviews here, only after placing order, and was a bit nervous. Sent an email to inquire about stock status - received immediate (withing 5 minutes) reply indicating that stock was available and order was already pulled for shipment. Received tracking # from UPS the following morning and goods delivered as scheduled today. Drive arrived well packaged in bubble wrap and foam pellets and sealed anti-static pouch. I mentioned that Pricewatch price was three dollars lower than website price in "comments" section of order form, and received with paperwork a three dollar VISA credit attached to invoice which reflected the slightly higher price. Couldn't imagine better service than this."
