"horrible products! i just bought the antenna from them for my 84 vanagon. after about one hour of work trying to thread the line through, i find out that the antenna doesn't fit. well if they know the vws they should not have put under their product that it fits everything!!! the product quality is very poor too! i am going to gowesty. never will i buy anything from busdepot again. plus they don't have reviews or pictures of their products, you will get crapy stuff for sure!"

"The people here really know VWs and have some great, obscure parts. They ship quickly, at least once they have the part in stock. (Old parts are hard to come by sometimes so I don't expect them to have everything each time.) The item descriptions are thorough and helpful. Shipped to me in weird places while on the road. Always helpful on the phone. Good stuff. The site works best if you pick your model. Recommend."

"Great Parts, Great Prices, Horrible service. These people a perpetual ball droppers. They have no REAL confirmation system nor do you ever get a tracking number. I have been screwed a couple of times by orders never going through & shipping issues. Don't bother going Red or Blue because you will NOT get your parts expedited. These folks are nice enough but can't seem to run a business"

"Company does not provide tracking information. Have always had to email request for this information. It should be part of the order receipt.
Also does not provide images of all items so that customers can confirm what they are ordering is what they want. This was quite notable recently when I was ordering hoses. Many versions, with very similar part numbers, were locate ... but only 3-4 having THEIR image; rest was not reflected.
Website does not provide the ability of saving customers profile. One ALWAYS has to sign in ... over and over ... even during the same day.
No way of updating a saved 'WiSH LIST'. Seems that one has to create a new list whenever another part is wanted. SAVING cart would be more appropriate ... with option of adding other parts on another visit.

"I ordered a camping part for my VW camper. We were departing in a few days so I paid extra to get UPS blue label service. I stated my deadline and was assured by Matt that it would arrive as promised. The part was shipped a day later than promised and thus arrived after I departed for my trip. I requested a tracking number but was told none was available as the computers were down.

Here is where the communication stopped. I emailed to request a tracking number when the computers come up. No response. I emailed to request a refund of the difference for the more expensive shipping which was not used. No response.

I purchase an item or two a month online from a wide variety of retailers. This experience was very fly-by-night. I am surprised as I had dealt with these folks once before and was always told by others they were very reputable.

Yes I got my goods, but the delay in shipping and the lack of response to emails was very frustrating and disappointing.

"Bad company.
I had to wait for 2 weeks for some parts they told me they ordered from the manufacturer. But when the goods arrived in my address, bad news for me, the parts weren´t there.
They also charged me for the shipping of everything, when the most important things weren´t sent.
When I called them back to ask what happened, they told me the were unaware of the whole thing.

PEOPLE, DON´T BUY THERE.
