"Great out of the box PC. PC runs smoothly and very quiet. I have only had the Shuttle running for a week but do not see any issues what so ever. It's great to have a PC that is not loaded down with a bunch of useless software that has to be uninstalled anyway. If all goes well I plan to buy several more just like it to replace some aging PC's."

"Our company has purchased from TheBookPC for several years now. Anytime we have a special project that requires a small form factor computer they always have the right solution to fit our needs. Turnaround time is only a few days…not bad for custom built systems. I have only had 1 issue with a bad stick of RAM in the 3 or 4 years of purchases in which they gave me the option to send it in to be replaced or advance ship me a replacement stick. Since we have our own tech team on site I elected for the advance replacement memory that arrived to our office the following morning. Fantastic service even after the sale. "
