"This is the SECOND refurbished phone I've bought from The Blue Dot, and I am extremely satisfied. It is an LG enV Touch, and is in almost mint condition. I had to look very hard to find even the slightest of scratches on the soft keys and the 5-way rocker. If it were not for the call timers, which proved that the phone had been used, it would have been easy to think that it was brand new. "POOR POOR POOR Company. Ordered phone on 7/1. They sent wrong phone. Returned phone and was told correct phone would ship out next day via priority mail. 23 days later ...still no phone. They have not responded to my last 4 emails nor my last message left on their phone system. was left with no choice but to dispute my CC bill. Avoid these guys, they are liars..they tell you items ship, give you a tracking number and then never deliver item to post office for delivery. Customer service then just ignores your communication. didnt even have decency to write me and cancel the order so now i have to fight with creditcard people. run away..there are plenty of other used phone resources on the internet with much more integrity. even on ebay they have alot of recent negative feedback. they also promise shipment in 2 business days..took them 4 and then the phone was wrong model. now i have wasted 3 weeks, have a very disappointed daughter and endured much frustraction in trying to communicate with them for resolution to no avail."

"Where to begin. I ordered a cell phone from this company. It was 2 weeks before they shipped the phone claiming they lost my Paypal payment. When the phone arrived it was broken. I called leaving messages that were never returned and emailed, getting automatic responses back. When I finally spoke to a real person they promised a shipping refund and a car charger, never happened. Returned the broken phone requesting a refund which they said was being processed that day, again never happened. I finally got a phone after 32 days of BS. They say email is the best way to reach them and they will respond within "24 business hours" which is actually 3 days. Stay away from them."

"So I never write reviews for anything, but this first experience with The Blue Dot has been phenominal. I ordered a phone, received it super quickly, and love it thus far. However, there were a couple things not quite right with the phone at first - quirky charger and small missing piece - that I wasn't completely happy with. I sent an email out and got aresponse bright and early the next morning from Tiffany (awesome btw) giving me options and asking what would work best for me. She had the refurb guys check to make sure I could snap the piece on myself and sent it out along with a new charger and bonus car charger! I always buy from amazon, but I will definitely be checking here first in the future. Awesome customer service!"
