They have Very fast shipping, always comes with a delivery confirmation receipt..so you can track at www.usps.com
Back in March they were bombarded with orders.Since I was a regular customer, they had informed me about the situation..Due to a radio show plug, of the website, and salvia, and also a magazine article, all in the same week...They said the received over 1000 order in a day and a total of over 3000 orders in a 3 week period...There a 4 man crew and were working 12-18 hours a day to fill orders..30x orders were late, for some customers due to being sold out, and it takes them 3 weeks to make 30x salvia..so that was the delay for some customer, also if you were from one of the states that dont allow salvia, you were refunded...I think they could have answered more emails, but they said they they had a virus in the system, and that all the emails that they received came out garbled....They said that the did a mass email about the delay...But now know that it didnt work...
I just think that they had a bad rap, I still order from them...with no problems...My salvia from them is usually requested and alway sold out in the store...Which makes me happy..

Sellers site makes 3 statements. None of which are true. 1) orders will be shiped out the day of the order or the next day. My payment was processed on the 19th. And nothing has been shipped yet. Its now the 28th. 2) If an item is out of stock they will provide a free upgrade and ship the order at no extra cost. I'm not sure if my product is out of stock. The seller will not respond to questions. 3) The site says they will respond to all questions within 24 hours. It has been nearly 3 working days since my last try to communicate through their site and have still not gotten a response. And it has been over 24 hours since I have submitted the Paypal dispute with no response

Find someone else. Do not buy from them. If you don't believe me. Go to their site and read all the comments from unhappy people just like me in their own web forums."

"Today is the 26th of March, and I have yet to receive anything in the mail from this company. I was sent a usps tracking invoice on the 20th, and according to that the package hasn't moved. Even if it had, it doesn't take 6 days to travel from long beach, ca to washington state by first class mail. No emails are responded to, and they have no live or telephone support. The site was very quick to charge my Visa however. I am now assuming that TheBestSalvia.com is a scam, I have been more then patient, but now am considering disputing the payment."
