"My husband and I were traveling thru FL when we had a blowout on the vehicle we pull behind our motor home. It was on Sunday, Jan 21. To our good fortune, Tire Choice was open and Todd Tripp (mgr) agreed for us to tow our car there although they would not be able to work on it till the next day. Todd went above and beyond to get our car repaired and back on the road. He located and retrieved a salvage rim, got it on and located 2 new tires which had to be brought from the warehouse. Todd was incredibly helpful and generous to us. He even buffed the rubber marks off the fender!! Todd Tripp, you are an asset to Plant City Tire Choice and a great blessing to us. "I have been getting my Scion tC serviced with The Tire Choice for over 6 years now. I haven’t been anywhere else. But now I will have to rethink coming back. Trust is very important with me when it comes to my car because I know very little about cars and have felt taken advantage of with other companies making repairs to my car. But yesterday when I called to say I was having my car towed to their location because I have a credit card with them no one thought to clarify which card I currently have as they recently stopped accepting the one that I possess. If I had been aware of this I wouldn’t have had as much work done to my car because I am a full time nursing student who hasn’t been able to work for the last year and has about 7 months left without an income. I live off of student loans and now have to figure out how I’m going to make up for the $350. It may not seem like much but it is seriously going to affect my life. I also feel that the company let me down by never notifying me that they will not be accepting my card anymore when they are the ones who talked me into applying for it. We live in an era that communication is all too easy to notify consumers of such major changes. When I expressed this, all the man behind the desk said was that he didn’t take my call and wasn’t sure why the person didn’t ask me. And while he wasn’t to blame, the system as a whole is flawed and I will now suffer trying to make ends meet."
