"I am totally disgusted with this company. I had purchased an overhead DVD player and monitor for my wife's minivan in anticipation for our trip to Florida in mid November 2003. I placed my order and paid with credit card. Recieved a confirmation that my order was approved and that I would recieve a UPS tracking number once it shipped. After a couple of days and no contact from the company, I emailed them regarding the Status. A Customer Service Representative notified me via return email that I would recieve my order within 7-10 buisiness days and once again, would recieve a tracking number once it shipped. 10 buisiness days passed with no product and no tracking number. I emailed the company THREE times to get a status and never heard from them. I emailed the company for a supervisor's name and number (the web-site lists NO phone numbers, only a customer service email address which I had already been using). I asked for this information TWICE and they never replied. I finally had had enough and emailed them to cancel my order. I finally got communication from them, only to acknowledge my order was cancelled. I never did get the phone number and name of a supervisor. Apparently, they just blow thier customers off and do things thier own way, with no thought or concern for the customer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and as a lesson, always do buisiness with an internet merchant who lists a phone number on thier website. I learned this the hard way."
