"I sold them a book and my payment should have been processed on January 18th. It is now March 12th and I have not received any form of payment. I emailed them January 31st and was informed that I would receive a check in a couple weeks. All I can say is I would do buisness elsewhere."

"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY. UPON SENDING MY TEXT BOOKS BACK I SENT THE WRONG BOOK TO TEXTBOOKSTOP.COM AND THEY DECIDED THAT THEY WERE JUST GOING TO CUT ME A CHECK FOR $20 AND SELL MY BOOK, INSTEAD OF PROPERLY RETURNING IT TO ME LIKE THE EMAIL SAID THAT THEY WOULD DO. THAT BOOK COST ME $160 TOWARDS THE OTHER COMPANY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BLOWS. EVERY EMAIL YOU GET IS THE SAME THING NO MATTER WHAT YOU ARE ASKING THEM. THEY MAY BE CHEAP, BUT KEEP IN MIND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I WILL NEVER EVER EVERRRRR RENT FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. THEY ARE A JOKE."

"Super Amazing and seriously the best customer service i have ever had with dealing with stuff over the internet! I accidentally sent textbookstop another company's books and Daniel Blaser personally sent me an email to let me know my mistake and help me fix the situation. What meant the most was that he didn't stop until we had the problem fixed and that meant so much to me while Campusbookrentals sent me an automated email even when i told them what was wrong. I just wanted yall to know yall are doing a great job and that Daniel is AWESOME!!!"

"Very poor. I ordered a book that was advertised on the website as 'with CD'. The book came without it. I called to ask about this, and was told that their website small-print said 'books may come with or without access codes or CD's'... To which I replied, I purchased this book from you precisely BECAUSE the book description listed it as 'with CD', which I need for the class! In the end I had to contact the BBB, and the only option the company gave me was returning the book for a refund. Since the class had already started, I opted to keep the book. This website is sketchy, and their customer service is crap. Avoid them at all costs, unless you want to be out a bunch of money."

"My experience of buy a textbook from TextbookStop.com was a disappointment. I spent extra bucks on the history book which should be, as described on TextbookStop.com website, in good condition without any markings or underlines. When I received the book, it was not the book I was expecting----many places were highlighted in different colors, notes taken by pencils, and even some nonsense scratches. Also, the front page was torn. I could get a book with this kind condition with much less than what I paid for. I felt it wasn't a fair deal for me. And then I contact the customer service, and they offered me 2 options of returning the book or refund me 25% of what I paid. I felt that their customer service is pretty good."

"I purchased a book from Book Holders and now TextbookStop.com is saying it was a rental and it is due back. This was by no means a rental. It was a purchase and I have receipt to prove this!!!! Beware!"

"Beware the dodgy sales practices of Textbookstop. They advertise pricing for books as 'New' and 'In stock', only to cancel your order saying it was out of stock.. but low and behold, the book is still 'in stock' on their website but at a much higher price! Complain to BBB if you have experienced this poor practice yourself."
