Warranty good, website TERRIBLE

"We returned three tumblers to Tervis for warranty replacement -- all three had broken seals so that seems to be a common product problem but at least they agreed to replace them.

Tervis' warranty process requires that products be shipped to them for evaluation. If/when they approve, they send a code that can be used to purchase items from their website. That's where the problems start.

Their website is, simply, poorly designed and the shopping cart process has errors which makes the shopping a pain.

They offer thousands of products but decent filtering is limited so it can be difficult to get a manageable list of what you really want. Then the cart allows multiple discounts to be clearly marked 'active' but will honor only one. And according to their support people (who are defensive when questioned about the website) it will use "apply the last one entered" though that is not mentioned anywhere. Every other site I use simply flags any cart conflicts. If they refuse to listen to feedback from, you know, customers, the chances of it improving are slim.
