Terrible customer service!!

"When I purchased my InTensity Unit it came with electrodes that adhered very well as well as lasted up to 5 uses. The 5 paks of new Premium White Cloth Electrodes that I purchased which are the same as the ones that came with my new unit, barely last two uses and some do not even adhere at all. I spoke to Tenspros and offered to return the 4 remaining paks to them so they could see that either, they were old or just a bad batch. They were not interested in seeing the issue and wanted me to pay for the return. Instead, they suggested a replacement of 2 paks of more expensive electrodes that they sent me free of charge, but had me pay for S/H which is really absurd. I will not be purchasing from them again!!"

BUYER BEWARE - Accessory kits in the dropdowns of items are not compatible - NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS GIVEN

"I purchased a tens machine. ON the item it gave you the option of purchasing additional items to go with it such as the pads or an accessory kit. Seeing how the machine will need many pads and batteries I thought it was a good idea. Please note - the item did not explain the accessory kit - it just made it a drop down option to add when adding the item I was purchasing to my cart. On impulse I figured I would need all the items so why not. When I received it, the batteries were not the same. I immediately sent them note and said I received the wrong batteries in my accessory kit and could they please send me the right ones or send me a return label - what ever was needed to rectify the situation. They responded with I should have checked the description (which was not visible on my screen when you make the selection). I asked to return it since I would not be needing it and I have never heard back. I have sent several requests and I am being ignored. BUYER BEWARE"

Free shipping ain't so free

"USPS sent back and now they want to charge me shipping. They said if I cancelled order they would charge me shipping( which was supposed to FREE). Very rude and poor treatment of customers. I am not sure about the product but I will not order from this company on the principle of poor customer relations.
"Your satisfaction with TENS Pros, and the products you purchase, is of the highest importance to us.......Original shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund for the cost of returned items. " The original cost was zero. And guess what I am far from satisfied

If you can wait days before item is even shipped, then you will be ok

"Placed an order Tuesday, 1/24/2017 in 10 am EST. Wednesday evening (over 24 hours later) a shipping label was created. Called company Thursday and it was scheduled to be shipped out end of day. When I questioned why it was delayed since all items were in stock, I was told they are a small company and Deann from Customer Service told me to review their disclaimer that an order can take 2 days to fill. I know they are not Amazon but this era of technology, it does not take 2 days to put 4 items in a box so I canceled the order. Unfortunately for the owner, the employees did not care about losing the sale.

Shame for Sean Alsup, the owner of the company who spends $$$$$ on google ads to get a customer who cancelled because of lack of service.

fyi the item i ordered can fit in a tiny tiny envelope coin size and be mailed with a one dollar stamp

"I ordered 7 TENS units from TENSPROS.com, I only received 3 of the 7. I was charged for seven and given an invoice for 7 but still only have three. I have been trying to get of hold of them though the phone and email but keep getting sent to voice mail. It is very frustrating. "

"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I bought a tens unit from them and had problems from the beginning. I called and they sent me new leads for the machine and it did not work properly. I took it to my physical therapist who said that it was not working properly. I returned it and waited for my refund only to find that they just put a new battery. Really? I was shocked several times and went through 4 batteries. Needless to say, I was not refunded my shipping costs and was charged a 20% re-stocking fee! Yes- you may be purchasing my broken unit. When I asked to speak to someone I was told that the owner wouldn't even listen to me. Buyer be ware!! I just wanted a working tens unit - if you want one, don't shop here, they are truly not committed to customer service.

Update:

Just got a call from a "manager" who said that the machine was working perfectly - he was actually using it and all it needed was a new battery! He tried to explain that there was not much he could do because he couldn't loose money on the transaction - he felt it was more appropriate that I loose my $50 than his company to loose $50 - that is exactly what he said. I don't believe it! If they have no solutions, then don't call me! This is one of the worst companies I have ever used. Again- if you want quality products and good customer service, don't shop here!
