"Ordered the Economy Plus Pack w / ekit 4C phone. Delivery was very prompt - 3 business days for standard delivery. Phone was surprisingly small, but I'm used to an Iphone 4S. Don't really need a large phone for basic phone services while traveling. Set up was pretty easy, and any questions were answered very well by customer service, who picked up on one ring most of the time. Rate schedule looks very attractive compared to the other suppliers out there. Will have to keep traveling so I can add credits at least once every 12 months to keep the SIM card active."

"So far so good... I got a new quad band unlocked phone to replace a cheap phone with a very dead battery. The new phone is an inexpensive Android smart phone, since I want the WiFi hotspot for my iPad on my upcoming trip to Europe - the river cruise has minimal WiFi. The phone was delivered on schedule with everything in it, I wasn't sure the SIM card was working, since I get no reception other than Sprint at my house, but it is working fine. I had to talk to customer service to answer a question and received an answer I was satisfied with. Now I'm hoping the phone will work well during my trip! But that's not until November... But I'm very happy with the deal I got from Telestial."
