I've ordered from these guys a few times without an issue. Prices fantastic, shipping is always quick. I've never received a broken item.

I recently ordered 2 gxv3006's that I was not happy with (I found video quality to be poor). I returned them with all original packaging & they did credit me the full amount VERY quickly. I can't ask for more. It did take a day or two to get an RMA number, but they gave me 30 days to return the phones from the day of RMA issue, so that is fine.

I will continue to use them as my sole source for future phone orders. This is how internet sales & service should be!"

Recently I had to buy inexpensive VoiP ATA adapter. I decided to try Grandstream HT-502. Among several stores the total price(adapter+shipping) was the best from Telephonydepot. Unlike others they offered USPS shipping option.
I was a bit surprised there were no reviews about this store.
I ordered ATA and received it few days later. The packaging was OK as well as adapter itself.
