"Bought the Vertical SBX 320 system which has performed well with default settings. Be advised that when you buy from telephones.com, you do not get much support. They are only open Mon-Thurs, and you can not talk to Live support, only email support. Could not get the "Programing tool" working and did not get any support from them other than, "Here is the info. It works." Just installed a Voicemail Card and having problems getting back to default state, so I am resorting to limited email support. Has programming manual which is detailed, but not completely accurate.
You get what you pay for. I should have paid another $200 and gotten support for the product."
"Bought telecom equipment from them worth around a thousand dollars. All products were delivered brand new, very reasonable prices. One item turned out of stock with their supplier (new product - I checked elsewhere), and they were proactive to offer options. Very courteous staff, super quick communication, and same-day delivery. Ground shipping is free. Odd things are that they do business under various names: telephones.com, Alpine, and Southland; work hours are strange; and, many website sections are under construction. Overall, a very satisfied customer here.
UPDATE: The out-of-stock item arrived, and they e-mailed me with the availability. I reordered just that item, and it was shipped the same day. Very quick ordering cycles. I will gladly do business again."
