"don't use teleaflora I ordered flowers the were half dead. I bought them for my mother the next day when I went to see them it was junk. call 1800 flowers better service. it took them two days to deliver."

"Wow... where to begin? This is my first time writing a review about Teleflora, and I'm not sure what took me so long. I will begin by saying there are generally three parties at fault in the experiences I have had when ordering through Teleflora.

#1 - Teleflora: What you advertise in your floral arrangement pictures and written descriptions on your website has NEVER matched the actual arrangements I have spent money for and that have been delivered to the intended recipients. Also, your the credit card field on your order form does not accept more than 16 digits, so when I try to order using my Dell account via dfs.flowerclub.com, I have to call in and re-order again because I am unable to get past the billing page on your website.

#2 - The Local Florist: The messages I type on the Teleflora order form generally have typos when received by the recipient... it is embarrassing. It makes it seem like I can't type and I have bad grammar. when it's not me. Also, I don't know what algorithm you use to pick a florist in my area... or by what process you sign contracts with local florists, but I always get something different delivered than what I ordered. Sure, I see and understand the disclaimers on the website saying that small substitutions may need to be made (e.g. using lavender spray roses instead of yellow spray roses as indicated in the arrangement descriptions on your website). However, when a plastic vase gets delivered instead of a glass vase, or if it's a completely different shape, or if an asiatic lily is not included when it should be in bloom or if other flowers are missing from the arrangement altogether when they should be in bloom, or if the arrangement measures several inches smaller in width+height than what is indicated on your website vs. what is delivered.... this is when paying $50, $60, $70 plus $15 service fee becomes much more difficult to take in. Have I contacted some of these local florists with these same concerns? Yeah, I've done this in the past. I typically don't hear anything back. I just want a product delivered according to how I ordered it and what I paid for it... is that too much to ask? Apparently it is.

#3 - Me: I've used Teleflora a handful of times now and, I guess, I feel that the next time I order it will be different. Maybe I think that just one time something will get delivered exactly as I ordered it... but I've got a 0% success rate on this through Teleflora.

So, bottom line, and after reading through all of these other reviews and realizing that it's not just me in this world that has major concerns about this operation... I'll just have to finally put you to bed, Teleflora. Customers use you for the convenience factor... at least that is one of the big reasons that I have used this service. So many customers are thoughtful and have a great idea to send a floral arrangement for whatever occasion they choose.... and want a fast, reliable service that's not going to rip them off. I don't know if any other customers out there feel ripped off... but for the hundreds of dollars I've spent through Teleflora and either seeing first-hand or hearing about the products you and the florists you're contracting with have delivered.... well, I guess I am done.

"After attempting to order online and failing, I called order in. Placed order and received email confirmation. Do not use this company. Never delivered flowers to aunt in hospital. Said they didn't have the right container and apologized for inconvenience. Really? They should have mentioned detail on the phone when they took my credit card."

"My daughters birthday was ruined. Ordered five days in advance and never delivered. Waited all day and then they said they would deliver tomorrow. Her birthday is not tomorrow. I should have stuck with 1-800-flowers, they have never let me down."

"WORST COMPANY EVER
I ordered casket funeral flowers for a funeral of good friend's brother. Teleflora promised I'll get it by 10am, than I called and added huge food basket to the order, made sure it will all get here by 10am! at 10am no flowers or basket had come. I had to go to the funeral empty handed. Called and They said no drivers available. Can't believe I came to my best friend's brother's funeral with no flowers at all. Terrible. Don't trust this company!!

"I am someone who has been in the customer service business for years , so when I have a problem I try not to get upset and know that everyone is doing their best but not in this case.. I was so upset to find that the flowers that I ordered for my Mother and Mother in law which was suppose to be delivered the day before Mothers day , when Saturday came and went and still no flowers had been delivered I got on line and talked to a customer service rep which took my order number and told me that My moms flowers had been attempted to deliver but no one was home, so they took them back..They did not leave them because I did not put that on the order..No one tried to call when they were there and funny thing everyone was home..My mothers in laws flowers were no where to be found, the operator was trying to call the florist it was assigned too but the line was busy she told me to call back in a little while and that they would update me by email also.. a few hours later no email and I contacted customer service again and after about twenty minutes of her looking for the order this was what I got.. Maam we are very sorry but once we assign it that is where on part ends and I explained to her that this was for Mothers day and can the please make sure since the flowers did not come on Saturday to please rectify this and have them delivered on Sunday.. She told me she was sorry and understood why I was upset but the best they could do was get the flowers out by Monday or Tuesday at the latest..I was livid and there was nothing I could do.. She finally told me that the florist did not accept one of the orders and I asked why but she had no answer and I asked her why no one let me know that and again no answer..So I cancelled the order and told her to refund my money.. They sure took my money out fast enough for an order that was not accepted..So my mothers had no flowers for Mothers day and the best they could do was say they were sorry for the inconvinence..Yeah a big inconvience it was Mothers day ..They took the order they took my money and they should have made sure those flowers were delivered when they found out about the problem..But they did nothing and now I am just hoping my money goes back into my account..If you use this site think twice because I bet I am not the first person this has happened to. "

"Worst customer service ever. Ordered a Mothers Day arrangement to be delivered the day before Mothers Day, just to beat the rush. Received an email on the day it was to be delivered informing me that the arrangement was not available. I was redirected to a page to allow them to choose another arrangement, based on their artistic judgement, that would be delivered after mothers day. I said no thanks, and was told it would take 3-5 business days for a refund. Unacceptable! Will never do business with this company again."

"I have had a similar experience to others on here and will never use Teleflora again. I ordered the enchanted Garden on Monday for a special needs teacher on Teacher appreciation day. Paid extra to have them delivered by noon since school closes at 3:30. Never arrived. I called, said they would send the next day. Next day, same story....Friday, today, at 1:45 was told they were on their way. At 3:30 still no flowers at the school. I called and this girl said the florist could not deliver them. Very poor customer service except for Thursdays call from an Aaron who I thought was getting it all set up so this teacher could finally receiver her flowers. Nope! Very poor customer service!"

"Ordered a deluxe Yellow Fellow flower arraignment. First problem was trying to get the lady taking my order to understand my address. That took 5 tries and when I got my receipt she still had it wrong. Called the next day and got that fixed. When the flowers arrived it was nothing like I ordered. The owner of the flower shop (a friend of mine) said the order was transmitted as designer choice with just a dollar amount. I called Teleflora and was told “Well sorry they were delivered so there is nothing we can do". Isn't that wonderful customer service. I will never deal with them again, and would suggest you don't either. They got my money, but never again."

"Stay away from Teleflora Customer Service: I ordered flowers from these people for my wife on Valentines Day. I got an e-mail at work confirming delivery, only to get home and find out they never came. Enter the world of Teleflora Customer Service, based overseas, presumably in INDIA! Four times I called, with no one ever getting back to me. Two days later the flowers were delivered, after someone from Arkansas called to resolve the issue. Would it cost that much to hire American workers who can make customers happy in their hour of desperation? I am going back to Pro Flowers. "

"Disappointed beyond belief. Ordered sympathy flowers, finally delivered 3 days late and completely differant flowers than ordered. Even tho they had not delivered flowers for the first 2 days they sent me e-mail confirmation that they had delivered them. How awkward it is to think your flowers had been delivered yet they weren't and had I not called teleflora back they never would have been delivered. It seems that teleflora is quick to push the blame onto the flower shops they contract with. Bottom line it's their responsibility to make sure these shops are providing good service. And after reading some of their posts it seems teleflora treats them as badly as their customer. The customer service dept. Seems to be well trained in the art of excuse making/add kidding but not really solving problems. Beware of this companies shady business ethics it actually lack of."

"I placed an order on Friday, Jan 24, 2013 at 1:00pm for delivery on Saturday, Jan 25, 2015. At 5:25pm on Saturday Teleflora sent an e-mail that they could not deliver the order and it would be delivered on Monday, Jan 27, 2013.
I am very dissatisfied with their customer service and will never place another order with Teleflora !

"worst experience, ordered 2 weeks in advance and now 4 days late (3 weeks since my order day) they found out they have NOT EVEN SHIPPED THEM YET!! I got 50% back and a super late present. What kind of florists are they working with?
