Worst experience ever!!!

"My Husband spent over 100$ to have Flowers delivered to me and I never received them!!! Was on hold with customer service for at least 30 mins before I was able to speak with someone!!! From there they kept telling me they had Confirmation that the flowers have been delivered. I told her that they haven’t that it was 5 o’clock and no one was there at work because we are close. I asked for a refund they only wanted to give me 50% Of what he spent back. I broke down in tears and that’s when the lady finally decided that I would get a full refund. Thank you Teleflora for ruining my surprise from my husband and for the **** customer service. It took almost 2 hrs on the phone to get a refund!!"

"We ordered a beautiful arrangement in wooden basket from their catalogue. We received completely different flowers in small glass vase - totally different. This company is so terrible. Don't buy from this seller. "

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM TELEFLORA

"I ordered flowers for my daughter on Sunday to be delivered on Valentines' Day (yesterday) between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at her business office. I called Teleflora 5 different times yesterday since the conformation of delivery was not received.
By 5:30 pm, still no delivery of confirmation. My daughter's office was closed after 5:00 pm.
This morning, at 3:30 am, I got a confirmation that the flowers were finally delivered. WTF??? Did the deliver it outsied of the building???
I researched on line of the customers reviews of Teleflora and found out that thousands of customers complained about their service. Had I known this, I WOULD NEVER ORDERED FROM THEM. HELL, THEY ARE NOT EVEN CHEAP!

I am contesting the charge with my credit card company.

disappointed

"I ordered a get well bouquet with the Campbell's soup vase. I received an email saying the florist didn't have the vase and would a substitute be okay. I agreed but let me tell you, I could have gone to Walmart picked out a nicer vase and better flowers for less than half the price. I emailed them, was told I agreed to the change and it's been 2 weeks since the delivery, so no return, no refund. The quality of the arrangement was terrible. The florist made big profit on me but it was a huge RIP-OFF for my wallet. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Very dissatisfied! ordered December 29, delivered January 5"

Horrible

"I will not recommend this company to anyone. I placed an order for my friend’s birthday using her zip code to ensure availability. I called the company the day of delivery to check progress, and they said it would be delivered later that evening. It was not until 11pm I got an email reply that my order was cancelled for no adequate reason. When I called customer service, the person was rude and didn’t offer any resonable solution. "

Don't waste your money...go elsewhere

"We ordered what looked to be a beautiful arrangement in their catalogue to be delivered to a niece who was placed in ICU. We learned a few days after delivery was made that the arrangement was a 'poor cousin' to the one we ordered. Instead of orchids, they replaced it with gladiolas (!!!!), the vase was also totally different. It was definitely a 'bait and switch operation'. Needless to say, we paid a good amount of money for those orchids. After placing a complaint, they provided a partial refund because 'we didn't notify them within 48 hrs of delivery'. We didn't notify them because we were in another part of the state and we didn't see what they delivered until we got the photo when the patient, who was in ICU, was in a better state for the photo."

Can't spell.

"They spelled my girlfriends name wrong. I went back to make sure I didn't write it wrong on the order and I didn't make the mistake, they did. The card was supposed to say I LOVE YOU BABE! and they wrote I LOVE YOU BABEL. I went back to check and I wrote it correctly when I placed my order online. C'mon BABEL? Really? Idiots."

The worst.

"Unable to complete order on line. Called in. VERY difficult ordering process with someone with poor English skills. Told I had to upgrade my order by $10 to be able to deliver to Hawaii. I ordered in the morning. Was first told I could have same day delivery. Then later the same day got a text saying I could not. It is now 1pm Hawaii time the next day and flowers are STILL not delivered. They cannot release the name of the local Florist to me. In fact cannot even find who has the order!! My only daughter has received nothing from us to congratulate her on her baby. Disgusted. I want my money back. "

Sneaky Pricing

"Product was okay, however, Billing is Terrible. In small print on first page of website it says prices in USD. On final checkout, no where near pricing, in fine print it says prices in USD. But when you are looking at the screen to make your purchase, nowhere does it say USD. Very disappointing. Will not use this site again. Will not recommend this company."

All I wanted to do was buy their 16-rose offering for my niece

"All I wanted to do was buy their 16-rose package for my niece who is turning 16 years old. They frauded me saying my card isn't good. Well, it is, the credit union says it's good and that they hadn't even attempted the charge yet. I sat on hold with some guy I couldn't understand as he kept putting me back on hold saying the card isn't working. Well, I run a large online company and even attempts show as an authorization attempt and they hadn't done even ONE attempt. They're in the business of sending flowers to addresses other than the billing address. This was one in the same area with the same last name, hardly the stuff of fraud. It's from a local IP address. I'm easy to look up and even called them from the number on the account. I was willing to provide ANY information they wanted. Instead I was treated like a criminal for attempting to place one single order (not even a bunch of orders as many fraudsters attempt to do). I order ALL the time from Proflowers, for years and years, and have never had one single issue with them on this same card. ONE attempted order with Teleflora and it's a case for the FBI or something.

Avoid heartache, just go someplace else.

No Flowers, What a Surprise!

"Like other reviewers here, I too went to the Telefora website and scheduled to have flowers sent to my friend for her 70th birthday. It was to be special, but instead I got an email stating that the arrangement I chose was unavailable in my friend's zip code. I chose another item, then got a telephone call the day of the scheduled delivery from a customer service rep stating that they don't have those flowers available in that zip code either. I asked what was available, and we agreed on something similar. Then, I got an email from Teleflora stating that they cancelled my order because there were "No Florists within the network to fulfill my order." No Flowers in all of Wyoming? That just doesn't make any sense. So, I got on the website and found my own florist in Wyoming who prepared a beautiful arrangement and sent them within 2hrs of my call. When I told the local florist about my issue with TeleFlora, she told me that her shop doesn't work with them because TeleFlora takes a cut of the money from the purchase, which leaves little money felt to do a nice arrangement. The local forest only charged me $4 for delivery. I learned my lesson --- Directly contact a local florist if you want a nice arrangement delivered on time!"

Anniversary Corrupted

"yesterday (8/8/17) was my anniversary. i ordered flowers for delivery to my wife's work to make her feel special on such an occasion, and to start off our romantic evening correctly. i paid an extra fee to get the flowers there by 1pm, as advertised on site by teleflora. 1 came and no flowers. I contacted them via customer service site on email as directed, but all i got was a one time email stating they would respond when they get notice from the delivery, but it was already 230 and my wife was to leave work at 3. so, i went into chat with a live rep. they contacted the delivery people and then apologized, refunded my expedition fee and told me that it would definitely be there by 330. so, i had to lie to my wife to keep her at work longer. 430 rolled around and still no flowers. i had to once again contact them through their live rep chat. that person then tells me that they are not responsible for guaranteed delivery times. i informed her that someone should tell her website and the other rep i spoke to, so no one would be defrauded money by the information given from them. thankfully, i saved all my conversations and screen shotted the web page. we never got the product i paid $115 for. i demanded a refund and now i am on sites to share my experience. what a crappy way to start off what was to be a romantic evening with my wife. the worst part is i had to share with her what was going on and of course it took me a bit to get out of the pissy funk it all put me in. horrible. don't bother. "
