"I bought an XBlue X16 system from Telco Depot, and had such a positive experience returned when another customer was in need of a new phone system. The second system purchase has unveiled a level of service I've never experienced and never even heard of. There was an issue with accessing an external page module. I had no open CO ports and the X16 does not have a paging port and you cannot plug into the trunk ports, so I had no way to connect an external page module but needed the function as well as the loud ring option. Paul Olivieri and Joe Sarnicola both went above and beyond any level of service I've known. They came up with a custom modification to one of the phones, that provided a means to connect a paging module to the system. In exactly the way I needed it to work. Further, they set the entire system up on the bench and tested it, taking photographs to show me exactly how to wire the module. UFB - unbelievable, customer service, I am a customer for life...
