"I was in the market to buy a new telephone system after our 23 year old system was on "the blink" again. I first reached out to two other phone-system companies in our area before discovering TelcoDepot through google.

After contacting TelcoDepot, I was somewhat skeptical of how inexpensive their phone system was compared to other two local companies and how easily they made it sound (plug and play) to replace. I spoke with their representative Errica who asked several questions (in regard to our telephone needs) before she suggested TelcoDepot's XBlue system.

There was absolutely NO pressure or NO rush during the entire consultation for a sale. Instead I was given a very thorough explanation of TelcoDepot phone systems and how the transaction would progress if I agreed to buy.

I felt VERY comfortable and made the purchase the next day. Next, I received an email for simple programming requirements that I completed and emailed back. Three days later a preprogrammed phone system arrived. As advised in my initial consultation it required no longer than 15 minutes to completely install. An adapter that wasn't needed (my fault) was removed from my invoice and credited.

Spending the additional time to find TelcoDepot made it so simple and much less expensive to get new updated phone technology.

"If I could pick more stars I would. I have been wanting a new phone system for over 10 years but have not been able to find anyone who was even willing to try to figure out what I could do to by-pass my old PBX system, including Verizon. I saw the X Blue system online and contacted Telco Depot. Everyone I spoke with, from Erica who was my initial contact, to Tom, "the bald guy in the youtube videos" was very knowledgable, courteous, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. All I needed to do was take a few photos of my existing phone closet, and they came up with a solution. Our small office, 4 analog lines, needed an upgrade to allow our inside sales people to receive and transfer calls efficiently, including to our cell phones when necessary. "Our 15 year old phone system died yesterday out of the blue and after a day pouring over the web for a fast solution I came upon Telco Depot. I can't say enough positive comments about my overall experience.
