"I made a purchase and the next day called to cancel, no reply, sent an email, no reply, sent rma, replied that I may return it "with no hassles" when I recieved it. Paid for three day shipping, the charge on my card was higher than what was shown on website. Sent more emails I have not recived the item after a month, no reply. The website is now down, was up 4 days previous. The web domain is registered out of Alberta CA. I tried an email from that source sent back to me. Last email I informed Rob that I would be filing with the FBI IFCC, no reply, no product, no website now. If anyone was able to resovle a transaction like this or has any current info please contact.

"I purchased the Stereo Distribution System NUVO NV-E6DMS from these guys for $1325. This was the best price I could find on the web, however I was worried about the reviews posted here. I emailed them of my concern regarding their reputation, and asked whether the item was in-stock and would ship right away. I also said I would post my experience here.
It took two weeks instead of the week promised, but everything else was perfect. I also appreciate how they don't gauge for shipping as some retailers do. I would definetely buy from them again, but I would check stock first."
"Ok,I knew this store has less user reviews but I wanted to buy the Edifier speakers. I placed order anyway. I sent email to ask about the poor ratings here. They told me that the complaining guy here was a fraud in Greece. He used a stolen credit card and they didn't do international orders anymore. As for my order, the speakers would be shipped from Canada. Ok, so I waited a few days and got impatient. I sent several emails asking for order status or tracking number but they didn't reply. Finally I contacted Edifier Ca, and got my tracking number. It's on its way, no problem. But Superstore should have provide the tracking number anyway. Got my speakers yesterday, as good as expected."
