"I purchased Quicken Premier and downloaded it with no problem at all. But I also purchased a backup disk of the software. It has not been delivered. I e-mailed and said that I had not received the disk. I was given #233090 on 9/19. They confirmed my address and said they would look into it. On 9/23 the ticket was closed (still no disk) and they no longer answer my e-mails."
"This company promises that you can download software. After my purchase, a link was sent, but the link does not offer any ability to download the software.
Last response from the company, 4 days ago was:
"We see the glitch. One of our techs will help you here shortly."
Since then I have been ignored.
I agree with the previous poster, this company is a ripoff. Stay away!"

"I would highly recommend this company! Their prices can rarely be beat. Their customer service (only available via their website) is top-notch -- their auto-reply email estimates they'll respond within 2-24 hours, but more than once, I got a REAL response within minutes! I did experience some trouble getting my program to activate correctly the first time. But their support team walked me through how to uninstall and reinstall the program and everything worked great! Don't hesitate to give them a try. "
