Awful

"Awful. I ordered Oct. 22nd. I thought I'd get ahead of Christmas shopping, before Thanksgiving/Black Friday/Cyber Monday and the rush of December shipping, etc. It's now December 13th and my order is still 'unfullfilled'. One of the shirts I ordered went out of stock a month after I made the order. They refuse to refund the order. I have to wait for when they finally ship it, which will probably not be in time for Christmas in under 2 weeks, and then go ahead and do a return, and who knows how many more months that will be. I feel like I threw $60 straight into the toilet. I'll never order from this company again."

Such a scam!

"I purchased for an items online and it took me 5 months to wait but I didn't received them. The options provided to me are: 1. Purchase/re-order again, 2. Gift certificate, 3. Refund.

I requested for a refund because I cannot wait for another 4-5 months for item delivery. Now, the only option for refund is via PayPal. I keep on telling them that I do not have PayPal account. They cannot credit back the amount to my credit card as they don't allow them to do so.

I am left with no choice but to provide a PayPal account and the catch is they will not pay for PayPal charges. I am such a looser customer. I waited for nothing and yet I will have to bear the PayPal charges!

Not All Bad

"The shirt is amazing and soft, their designs are beautiful, and the price isn't very high. The only bad experience I had is their shipping. Keep in mind I ordered during covid with USA post office issues, but it took 38 days to receive my shirt. If you're patient, this is a fine company to buy from and I plan to buy more in the future. My experience with them was great."

Garbage company

"May be the worst run clothing company I have ever made a purchase from. They are truly incompetent and dont care about the customers. Its a shame because I like the shirts. So if you dont need or want whatever you purchase for a really long time, then go for it. Whatever they tell you for how long it will take to receive item, dont believe it. My blood is boiling dealing with them. I wish I looked at the reviews before ordering. I have never reviewed a company in my life. Im 38. Teeturtle is that bad."

Not Impressed with Quality or Customer Service

"Now, I work in the industry so maybe my standards are a bit high, but the quality of the Screen Print on that shirt isn't what I expected for the price I paid. It just doesn't really resemble what was advertised. The Handfeel of the screen print is grainy, and the fabric used is a very dry cotton. Again, I might be biased but I produce cheaper pyjamas for a fraction of this price and get a much better end quality. On top of that, the delivery took forever and when contacting Customer Service to put me into contact with the delivery service, I got a condescending email in return where they provided me with the Tracking I already had, which once crossing borders stops tracking, and ended by saying they will gladly close this ticket for me since the problem has obviously been resolved. I was insulted. I will not be going back for any future order, despite how cute the desings are. Don't let that fool you, the colors do not keep on the actual product. "

Unable to adjust my order five minutes after ordering.

"I ordered a few shirts and I accidentally selected the wrong size for one of them (completely my fault). However, I immediately contacted the support team, within five minutes of pressing submit order, to ask them to please edit the size.

They refused, saying once the order is placed, it can’t be changed. I’ll have to send the item back once I receive it.

Thing is... It will still be 7 to 10 days before the order even gets shipped. Very inconvenient that I’ll have to wait for an item I know will be the wrong size just to ship it back and wait again for the correct size.

First time using this company, won’t be back.

Not as good as they used to be

"Customer service finally responded after 6.5 weeks of no merchandise......the 2nd time i contacted them they responded saying they never got an email from me...soooo they are either lying or have a problem with their system...got back to me quickly the 2nd time though...I have heard similar problems from other people...."

"Cute designs and excellent customer service. They messed up my first order and sent me the wrong garment.
I emailed them and they apologized and let me keep it AND sent me the one I originally ordered :D
The shirts are SO cool :D

This place is Steals

"I have been waiting since Aug 23 and it's sept 9th and they still haven't even shipped! I have many emails saying (after the first 15 days) apparently the items I ordered...all 4 couldn't be shipped because one was out of stock. Which was never mentioned! Then I was told will ship soon and my shipping would be refunded. Ok ooo 6 bucks. I spent over 50on shirts! Then time passed and a few days later I said where is my package!? I got another reply...oh being sent out as we speak. Give it 24 hours to update on the shipping part of the ups site. Then it updated saying only, label made. Not sent just made. Now it says pending. It's been days and days since that email. The date ups said it was expected...is way passed and now it gives me no date. This is theft! Don't order from this company. It's false sales leave you angry and out of money, gifts and time. Go some where else. Not worth the frustrating run around they give. Unless I get a refund and the shirts for free, this review sticks. This is not ok. I'm mad because I have been waiting and wanted the product but I am over this treatment. "

No apology given

"While I have ordered from them before without incident, the most recent order experience was terrible. After a month of not hearing a word from them about my order, I reached out to them and a rep responded back that the item is no longer in stock and will not be replenished. At no point in the email did the rep offer an apology to me for the error or the fact that I was never notified. I had used a gift card that a friend had given me and asked if I could receive the refund back as a check, since there was no other item that I wanted to order. The 2nd rep responded that I couldn't and that it was refunded back to the gift card. Again, no apology whatsoever. I will admit I will be unlikely to order from them in the future. "

Great quality as always

"I discovered this store back in 2013 or 2014 at New York Comic Con. They had some awfully cute designs and the quality of the cotton was and is still great! I recently placed a pretty large order. One of the shirts had a small defect. I contacted them and they did not hesitate to replace that shirt. I was surprised to have gotten a response before the day was over considering it's right before Christmas. Great little store and even better customer service."

I read the reviews

"I read all the negative reviews before I placed my order. The shirt said pre-order on the website when I went to order it. Even though a lot of people said that it doesn't. I placed my order on 11/25/17 and got it 12/05/17. As long as you're in no huge hurry to get it, the quality is nice, just regular tee shirt material, and the designs are really unique, and cute. Just be sure to place your order in ahead of time. "

Great T-shirt Designs, EXTREMELY SLOW SHIPPING

"I purchased several shirts on black Friday, 11/24/17. I paid almost $20 For shipping (I live in Hawaii). This site uses FedEx Smart Post, which is extremely slow. For the price I paid, they could have sent my order via USPS, which would deliver very quickly. My current estimated delivery date via FedEx is 12/20/17...the date keeps increasing every time I check. I may not get there items in time for Christmas. I am extremely disappointed because while the shirts are nice, shipping cost for the speed of delivery is unacceptable. ( I just want to point out that even though I live in Hawaii, it is still possible to get mail here quickly via USPS priority, which is very affordable.)"

Super slow shipping and don't care when they make mistakes.

"bought 8 shirts and had to pay around $25 for shipping which is more than double what other shirt companies charge. Upon checkout I was shown a message that orders are filled very quickly so if there is a mistake get it fixed quickly. Well I continued to check my order and after a week I contacted customer service to find out why my order hasn't shipped yet. I was told that many customers were confused because the shirts were actually pre-orders. This was not posted anywhere on their site. Even up to two weeks after the shirts were put on sale they still did not add a message warning the customers that the shirts were preorders. So despite knowing there was a problem they never even attempted to fix it. Finally after a few more days they shipped my order with what is very commonly known to be the worst international shipping company. I'm not sure what my $25 for shipping went to as they can't have paid more than $5 for the actual shipping. Needless to say after almost 45 days I still don't have the shirts I ordered. With multiple emails sent between myself and customer service they have still not apologized for any of the mistakes they have made. If you want something from them, ask them to ship via turtle so that you might get it in a reasonable time frame. Me personally I would recommend shirt.woot or even 6dollarshirts. Their shipping is cheaper and orders of magnitude faster. Also if they make a mistake their customer service will at least apologize."

Terrible customer service

"I ordered a few items from them several weeks ago and paid extra for faster shipping because I needed the items quickly. It still took almost week to come. When the items finally arrived, 2 of my items were the incorrect size. I tried to contact them and I’ve been waiting 5 days for a response. At this point, there is no possible way I can get the items in the correct size by the date I need them. "
