"I ordered a hoodie for my daughter and it arrived with the design printed incorrectly, discolored and defective stitching on the front pocket corner. I requested to return it and they sent another without confirming with me (and after I stated that I did NOT want another one sent as it was a time sensitive gift). I have been requesting a return label for the original order for almost a week and now have to refuse delivery on the second one mailed to me. Extremely poor customer response and service. I will never even consider ordering from this company again and will report them to the Better Business Bureau if necessary."
"I ordered 4 shirts, after first washing the printing started to peel off. By third washing the printing had completely disintegrated. The T-shirts themselves were fine but the printing was horrible quality! I hate to leave a bad review but the quality speaks for itself!"
"The tee shirt I ordered as a gift took almost two weeks to arrive. There was a stain on the bottom front. I hate sending things back, so I decided to throw some bleach and oxyclean on it and put it through a wash cycle. It's still there. Checked the website for return instructions but found that if I washed it I can not return it. Live and learn. The tee shirt has Alfred E. Neuman on the front. I will heed his advice and not worry."
"Ordered 2 shirts on same order ! Got confirmation and tracking number ! Showed up on time but only one ! Emailed them and befor I could email back wich one was missing they already emailed back sorry it’s on it’s way !! But now that it was there screw up it was shipped standard shipping took 1 week to receive it today !! I payed for 2 day shipping!! Emailed them about what happened to my 2 day shipping when I payed for that at least they could have done the same !! No response!! Just ignored there problem ! So I gave a not good review!! "Initially the company sent several shirts to me and upon inspection I realized that one shirt was the wrong size. I contacted the company and was told that a replacement shirt would be sent out immediately. I just got the new shirt and got to keep the one that's the wrong size. Good customer service IMO."
"Initially I couldn't get an answer from customer service, but after a lot of persistence they came through and corrected the problem. Make sure you're persistent re: getting an answer before posting bad ratings. "

I ordered the Autism Elephant shirt and was able to see the words clearly! They were very prompt on shipping, in fact it went out the next day and I got them within the week. Very pleased! "Have to say I’m severely disappointed. Ordered in November and was told it would be shipped Dec. 5. By Dec. 11 I hadn’t received item, tracking number or updates. I emailed CS and they said they were having issues. Told them I didn’t want a refund, but wanted a tracking number as I needed the item mid-December. They said, “OK.” No tracking number. After asking for a tracking number again they said orders in November didn’t process but I would receive one once it actually shipped. Asking for a refund now and hoping I can get one (after reading other reviews). You’re better off going through a more reputable company. "

I emailed them last week and was not told this in the email. "I ordered what their site said was a sweater. It was a sweatshirt. I paid extra shipping to have in time for Christmas, but it didn't come till Christmas Eve. It was too late to send back. I filed a complaint with Pay Pal and they gave me my money back. I sent the item back, but I never received my refund from Tee shirt palace. I called them and E-mailed them many times. They lied and said they tried to refund me through Pay Pal, but it didn't work. They are now sending me a check. They are a terrible business and their customers service ****. Stay away from them. They will rip you off."
