"Never ever again will I buy from this store online. The garment (a tunic dress)had been pictured with a smart zip down the back zip. I needed this due to having a frozen shoulder. It came and instead had three large fiddly gold buttons down the back which looked dead tacky too. I could not believe it was not the same as the garment pictured and the description. At first they pretended not to know what I was complaining about then after a week they came clean. It took me a full week to get any sort of response but even after admitting their mistake they expected me to fund the cost of returning it!! It wasn't a cheap garment and after waiting a week for a reply and the appalling service I was worried I would end up paying to send it back and have no garment. Sadly I ended up keeping it but wished I had not as I have only managed to wear it once. I was disgusted and furious. Still am. They are well aware of my complaint but have not bothered to help. Trust me, they could not care less about customer service.(have kept all emails to prove it)."
