"Ordered 2 network devices from Technology Supplier on march 2, 2008. Items were said to be in stock. I chose the 2 day shipping option. When a week passed and I did not receive them, but notices that they had already charged my CC, I contacted them - was told on march 6 that the order is scheduled to be shipped 2-3 business days direct from the manufacturer. On march 20 I contacted them again and asked to know the status and tracking into. I got a reply that said they will request the tracking info for me. I asked again on the 20th for the status and got a reply that APO shipments do not have tracking info and that it was shipped USPS. Are address is not an APO and had not chosen USPS for this shipment. I told them I paid for 2nd day air and they responded they will refund the overages on freight - they never have. On April 1st, I told them that I did not receive anything and to cancel the order and refund the money. They replied that the transit time from USPS is 2 weeks and that they were waiting to hear from the manufacturer. I was then told on April 2 that it was shipped march 28th by USPS and that they would have the manufacturer trace po and advise. They also said they submitted cancellation request and removal of holds on CC. Was told then that the items had already been shipped and would arrive April 11. Nothing arrived so I contacted them again on the 14th of April, they told me that would get shipment info for me. They then sent me an item from their distributor that said no tracking info is available yet, but it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow wed. at the latest and they will contact a rep to see what the hold up is. ON April 16th I got a fedex tracking number 1 of the items arrived. This item was supposed to come with an update subscription which it did not and it also has a broken part inside. The manufacturer of the item is looking into where it came from and why it has these issues. Today May 6th 2008 - I still have no refund and only 1 broken part. I have countless contradictory emails and promises that mean nothing. The total for the items was over 4,000 which they have kept on my CC while making these excuses for over two months. "

"I ordered an 8800 GT off them on the 12th. A stock count of 9 was listed for the product at the time of order. There was still stock two days later, however after that it (unsurprisingly) ran out, and my order hadn't shipped (its status was still "submitted").

It's now the 16th and my order still hasn't shipped; I wasn't been sent any indication that my order could not be fulfilled. Unfortunately, there's not a way to cancel an order on the site, and doing so through phone is a pain because there's never anyone (at Technology Supplier itself) to take your call.

I won't buy from this site again.
