"I placed an order on 3/3, 2 days later I received an email one of the items was on backorder, i called them and left about 5 emails, no response to cancel my order. on 3/13 i received an email order was shipped, I called saying order was cancelled and was promise a refund. They told me they could not refund order was shipped. Do not do business with technology bazaar, compbus.com, its all the same company run by a teenager."

Purchased burner online Feb 14th. After waiting 2 weeks, we checked online for shipping information. Their "automatic" shipping link with the invoice number, just inputs the invoice number as the tracking number into the shipping companies website. DUH?! That doesnt work. Emailed them twice with no response. Got them on the phone, and was advised they had no tracking number to give us, as well they sent it out. Customer service is 0 out of 10, and was hung up on after the rep, could no longer come up with excuses to tell me to get me off the phone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The prices are good, but its obvious I am not the only customer that has had problems. Are they really a company? I am suprised they still have their Retail License.

"ALSO SEE NEXTHARDWARESHOP.COM--SAME PLACE...Just learned about RR the other day and felt compelled to enter this. Nexthardwarescrewjob is possibly the worst place I have ever done business (even the little whitetrash jack in the box on main) I bought a pair of 256mb pc800 samsung sticks for my p4 LAST YEAR, they wont post, and I got an RMA from NHS and sent them in...they sent me back THE SAME RAM and said there ya go...after about 10 emails with no response, and calling back, and out of stock, and various other run-arounds, I still have $200 of ram that is sitting here on my desk--unusable--AFTER 6 MONTHS. I am currently in the process of attempting to rma them through Samsung, and reports to the BBB and the AG but NHS has to be the biggest POS crooks out there.. BUYER BEWARE....ONLY IDIOTS BUY HERE"

"This company also does business as "Next Hardware Shop". Short version: Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I placed an order for 2 hard drives on 2/4. My credit card was charged promptly. A day later, I was unable to use their UPS interface to to track the order, so I emailed them asking for information. No response. I tried to use their web feedback form. No response. There was never a live person who answered their telephone. They never returned any of the messages I left. On the 13th, I was considering having the charge on my credit card reversed, when I noted the phone number on the charge information was a different number. I tried it, and that line was promptly answered "hello" rather than with a business name, so it might be the number for a residence they do business out of. The person answering the line did admit to being this company. They said they were unable to valicate my shipping address, but they made NO attempt to contact me about it. They had a valid email address and my phone number. I told them I'd had enough of this, and told them to cancel the order. Today (2/14), I see on the order status page that it was cancelled, but I don't know when I'll actually see the money returned to my card.

Update 2/17: The money was refunded to my card.

Summary: This company does not care, as long as they have your money. Do not send them any business. Warn your friends. I wish I had found this site before I placed the order. I did do a google search on the company name beforehand, but found nothing but links to their site that way.

"They advertised a 120GB Hard drive for $0.00, as far out as it sounds a typical typographical error will show itself when you check out. This error didn't, they had to continually put the incorrect price, and for something as expensive as a 120GB Hard drive placing a price of $0.00 is unrealistic. This company didn’t plan on selling anyone this hard drive for the advertised product, this was deliberate. I find this sort of ‘advertising’ as disgusting and immoral. If they plan to opperate as legit website, they need to stand behind their choices in pricing."

"They advertised Micron memory and that is what I specifically wanted for motherboard compatibility reasons. The invoice even states "Micron". What I got was Samsung memory. When I called to get the stuff replaced, I got some pretty unbelievable horse pucking from some idiot. First, that the memory WAS Micron. Then that the web site says they can substitute whatever memory they have in stock, even though they advertise name brands.

"This has got to be the worst internet company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order and it shows complete on the order form. SO all I have wanted is a tracking number. I have e-mail 6 times and called twice. ALl I get is an answering machine when I call no matter what time it is and no resonse to any e-mail. BAD BUSINESS. IF they gave me a tracking number I would be gone but thats to easy."

"I have never ordered from technology bazaar, but I also want to offset the IDIOT fatwallet posts here. Most of the negative comments posted here are from folks who found a pricing error on the website and went ahead and placed an order knowing it would probably be cancelled. The pricing error was an LCD Monitor for under $100. Their website says they will not honor typos, and this was mentioned early on at fatwallet, but these folks who imagined that TB would take a loss of at least $100-$200 each on orders for 5,000 of these monitors are just stupid! I suggest you ignore all rating comments related to these LCD monitors, it is simply not fair to this small company trying to do their best. They may in fact be a crappy company, but decide by reading the other comments not the LCD related ones."
