Fraudulent company, scam artist.........

"This is a fraudulent website, whoever made this website did a good job to make it convincing for customers. I placed an over 4 weeks ago and paid extra for over night priority shipping and I have still not received my order. No one will return your calls, or reply back to your emails. I have contacted the police in New York and filed a report. At first the police department did not want to take the time for my petty 62.44 stolen from me, but I kept insisting that was there job, and they had to do it. They kept telling me that I had to file a report in my home state which is false, it has to be filed in the state where the company is established. So if anyone has been scammed, then I encourage you to contact Albany, New York Police Department at ***-***-**** and contact Colonies, New York Police Department at ***-***-**** and the reason you have to contact both of these police departments is because Techie Warehouse has 3 addresses they use for their company. One them is Selkirk, New York,,,,, Colonie, New York,,,, and Albany, New York. So now on Techie Warehouse website they have posted a message in red type, that states someone is fraudulent using their company name as scam ploy. So by the company posting that message now on their website they told on themselves, because that message did not get posted until I filed my police reports. They are a credit card scamming company that steals your personal information. They also will try hacking into the email account that set up with them when you place an order. I have already had to hire an IT Company to frensicily back track my email account and bank account, and it all traced back to Techie Warehouse."

Fraudulent site, immediately charged card & never delivered & no update of status

"Bought otter box for iphone 6 at going market price & got a surprise 8.99 shipping &handling. The charged my card immediately. They promised at latest oct 23rd.. never came.. no further status came email, postal mail, phone or text. This is for my daughter who desperately needs protection for her new phone. Kept waiting for some updates, but kept saying It had shipped or too late on processing to do anything. Finally 8 days late, the order when i log into their site says in some duplicate area of their site that the item is out of stock, cancelled. Did i say they already charged my card with i have to assume ill intent, and theres no mention of reimbursement is forthcoming ? "

Terrible Company Beware

"Ordered an Otterbox phone case that was supposed to be in stock but I truly don't know if it really was because their terrible customer service never returned my inquiries. Like other people have stated they took the payment from me right away but I never received any shipping confirmation. 10 days after I was supposed to receive my order but hadn't I reached out to their customer service on 3 separate occasions and never even got a reply. The only information their site would provide me was that my order was being processed. This place is a total Joke I have no idea how their still in business. I finally had to get Visa involved in the dispute and I did get my $52.44 back but what a total pain. Order from this company at your own risk as they are a total joke as a business."

Misleading Availability Of Product

"I ordered a product from Techie Warehouse because it appeared from their website, the product were available. Soon afterwards, I received a message in my inbox regarding the status of my order which lead me to believe the payment transaction were successful.

About three days later, I received another message from Techie Warehouse that informed me my order is out of stock. Then they go on to tell me they have a similar product in a different color and asked me if I'd be interested in this shipping instead. My initial response was no, I do not care for any other color than black.

I ordered the product in black because I thought the product is in stock. Next, I requested a refund while unaware they haven't charged my debit card until I checked the status of my bank account.

I concede, I did jump to conclusions when I presumed they charged my card for a product that's out of stock. With that being said, I think it was unprofessional of Techie Warehouse to allow an unavailable product to be available in their web without first ascertaining whether their product is in stock. I doubt Popular and reputable sites like eBay and Tophatter would ever make such an error in judgment.

Last, I want to add that I haven't received a prompt response back from Techie Warehouse. No, not a how was your experience with us, nothing. I think if they had been courteous enough to respond back to me and said something along the lines of the following message, I'd rate them at least 3 stars instead of 2.

Awesome company

"I love shopping for my cell phone accessories at Techie Warehouse. I've been a customer for 5 years now and every time a member in our family upgrades our phones or tablets we come here.

I don't understand why people leave bad reviews. This is a company that cares about their customers and will make every effort to get you what you need without the salesman approach. I can't even go into Best Buy without multiple sales people hounding me.

Fraudulent

"Quite literally the worst company I have ever purchased from (not exclusive to online buying).

I purchased a phone case from this company 11/28/15 at 10:36am. At that time, I ordered the Seidio Samsung Galaxy S5 DILEX with Kickstand - Orange. I received the case in a timely manner (per the email I received, it was shipped 11/29/15), however I was shipped Seidio Samsung Galaxy S5 DILEX with Kickstand - Black. No receipt was present within the package, which I found unusual. A message to customer service 12/3/15 (per the company's return policy, contact must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product for a refund) went unanswered, while a follow-up attempt 12/9/15 resulted in a reply 12/10/15. The reply was as follows:

"I apologize for the shipping error. I am sorry to inform you that the item ordered is now out of stock. We currently expect the case to be back in stock in the next 2-6 weeks. If time is an issue you may keep the black case instead of the orange. Or you can return the item for a refund. Please ship to the below return address, if you ship the item back via USPS First Class mail only we will refund your shipping costs upon receipt. If you update me with the tracking number after you send it I can have your refund processed early once the tracking updates."

At that time, I chose to return the product for a full refund of initial cost. Per the company's return policy, they will ship you a first class USPS label to prevent the customer from incurring return shipping costs. I sent a reply email stating this, and received the reply:

"We longer offer this service. Please ship the item back via USPS First class mail only. We will refund your shipping costs upon receipt."

As of 12/15/15, I requested that the company send me the address to which I needed to return the item, and paid for the return label myself ($3.14 in addition to the $39.94 I paid for the phone case and shipping initially). I received a reply almost immediately, and sent the product 12/15/15.

Per USPS confirmation, the product was received 12/18/15. As of today, it has been 50 days since the company received the product, with no sign of my refund. I have contacted the company since - 1/22/16 - to request a refund, and received a reply 1/29/16 indicating that their system is not yet updated to indicate that the product was returned. At that time, I responded with proof of the product's return. Again, it has been 50 days since the product was returned, and 10 days since proof was provided to indicate that the product was returned. Again, I have yet to see a refund.

To make a long story short, this company will do everything it can to prevent you from receiving a refund, while you go out of your way to contact them and fork out additional money in order to receive the refund you are owed after returning their product.

Lesson to the company? If someone orders an orange phone case, send them another bright colour as substitute when you are too lazy to obtain the orange case. If I had received purple, green, red, blue, etc., I would have accepted the case and moved on. No one who orders an orange case is interested in receiving a black case.

"Buyer beware! I ordered a case for my tablet, and paid for expedited shipping. Weeks later I complained to them that I never received the case and was told that it was out of stock but would mail soon. When it arrived, it was the wrong case for the wrong tablet and not at all what I had ordered. "Customer Service" never responds. Waste of my money I guess. "

"I use it with my Galaxy Note II. The pairing was super easy and now all I do is flick the power on and I'm ready to type. A great enhancement to the remote desktop experience. The only down side is that if you're riding a train you need a surface to lay it on. Well worth the price tag. The craftsmanship is really good as well."
