I’ve been trying to communicate with them since the beginning of July about sending an unlocking sim I cannot call the customer care number and it directly refers me to the email. The last email that was sent to me was on Sunday. Today makes it a week. A phone is a necessity and I don’t think this company puts its customer as a priority as it says on the app. I strongly do not recommend

"I paid them $69.99 to unlock my iPhone SE 2020. They emailed me and stated that they were unable to unlock the phone through the IEMI and that they would send me a special SIM that will unlock the phone. The SIM did not work and they stopped responding to my my emails once I asked for a refund. Their 24/7 customer service phone number never goes to a live person it tells you to send them an email. They advertise 100% money back guarantee but my phone is still locked and I can’t get them to give me back my money."
