China. The jersey was not an authentic NFL jersey. It was very poorly made and it was to small. I emailed them and told them I wanted to return it for a refund. Tate July emeailed me and told me that I couldn’t get a full
Refund because there warehouse is in Asia and it would be very expensive for
Shipping. They refuse to give me an address to send it back. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am also going to call

"I ordered a football jersey for my husband on 11/29. The site quotes "fast shipping" only 5-15 business days. Considering I was ordering 11/29, I knew I had have plenty of time to receive the gift before Christmas. I did not receive any shipping updates until 12/08/2017 when I saw the product was actually shipping from China! No where on the site does it advertise they actually ship from China. If I had known this upfront, I would have never ordered from this site. The site does not offer a customer service number, only through email. One person, Tara Julie will respond. She never once apologized for the false advertisement. I asked for a refund multiple times, she refuses. I still have not received my product. The site has no qualms falsey advertising to you to get your money and never deliver your product. I will never purchase anything from this site again. I know I will never get a refund, and will never get my product. A scam to a T. "

They give you a fake tracking number that doesn’t work and then when you contact them after 2 weeks, “Tara Julie” will tell you some bullsh*t about how your package is safe and it’s taking longer because of the holiday and she will tell the delivery company to rush the package. "Please do not make the same mistake as I did. I'm a normal guy who would not take the time to write this if I didn't hope to stop other people from making a similar mistake. Here's my story, in short:
I ordered an NFL jersey a month ago. On the site, there is a long note explaining the shipping process, and that it normally takes 5-10 working days to receive package. After waiting patiently for 2 1/2 weeks, I emailed the company (because there is no number available to call anywhere) and explained that I had not received the jersey, nor the tracking info. A woman named Tara Julie responded the next day, with no tracking number, telling me that my jersey was almost here and she was sorry. She sent me a screenshot showing it had been shipped from CHINA. Nowhere on the site does it say anything about China. It only lists a Massachusetts address as the contact info. Almost a month later, my jersey came in in the mail FROM CHINA. It was a ridiculous, poorly manufactured, knockoff jersey. Obviously upset, I emailed Tara asking to refund the jersey because it was not of the quality I had anticipated. She responded with one of the more laughable explanations you will hear (if I could post a picture of it on here I would). In summary, she explained that the item had to be sent back to ASIA, saying this verbatim: "We will not refund you unless the package reaches us, and you are responsible for the package. MANY CUSTOMERS LOSE THEIR PACKAGE IN TRANSIT AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT." So basically, I am welcome to attempt to send it back and they'll probably just keep my jersey and tell me they never received it. Tara ended the email actually recommending I sell the jersey to prevent the hassle.
This website is completely fraudulent. Please, please, do not give them your money. "
"I ordered two jerseys from this website over 2 weeks ago and still have not recieved them. The website claims to deliver in 5 to 15 days but that is not the case. I emailed fansteamshop.com and was emailed back by a Tara Julie stating that the package was on its way to Miami. That was a week ago. And when I attempt to track it now, two weeks after they took my 170 dollar payment it’s says it’s in pre shipment which appears to be in China. Looks like my boyfriend and his father won’t be getting the jerseys I planned on getting them for Christmas this year. These people need to be put in jail."
"This is a fraudulent ripoff website. Once I found this out, I canceled my order and have zero hopes of getting my money back. My bank is disputing the charge, but I think I am out $176 bucks.
