"I placed my first order with tcwoonline and I was very happy and suprised by the quick response,quality of my parts,and also how they arrived at my home. Instead of those foam peanuts that I am usually getting parts in I recieved my parts firmly packed and protected by air pillows that protected my part and was also alot easier to clean up than the peanuts. I called tcwoonline the day I was supposed to get my parts and they knew exactlly where my parts where and told me I should be receiving them at anytime and after I got off the phone with tcwoonline there was a knock on my door about 10 minutes later and it was my parts! Talk about good customer service and keeping up with their customers even after the sale. I was very suprised when I later got a call back from the main person at the company making sure that I got my order! He told me that they dont leave their customers out to dry after they made the order and he proved it to me after that phone call. After that first order I am ordering all my parts from tcwoonline from now on. You might pay a few extra dollars for some of the parts but it is worth it to the customer knowing that there is someone who cares on the other end of the line and willing to go the distance to make sure that we as consumers have someone that we can still trust not to rip us off on computer parts and upgrades. I give TCWOONLINE.COM 11 out of 10 for delivery of parts and customer support and I can tell you I have dealt with alot of companys in the past and I have never felt the need to tell others but if you want great parts and service I personally gaurantee that you will be more than happy with this company.
