While placing my first order a few months ago, I noticed during the checkout a box for "Special Instructions". As a joke, I typed "Send beer" into the special instructions box. A few days later when I opened my order I had forgotten what I wrote. You can imagine my surprise when I found, taped to the invoice, a clip-art image of a beer with the word "Cheers!" hand-written below! I was blown away by their level of customer service and attention to detail! And as an experiment, to ensure that it wasn't a fluke, on my next order I wrote special instructions to "Enclose a personalized, hand-written Haiku about my order."
