"Apparently, they had an incorrect price posted on their website, so they cancelled my order and did not notify me that they had done so. This was after I had paid for the order and received a confirmation email, and the order still appears in my account history. I called them to find out what was going on, and the rep told me that they couldn't sell them to me for the price for which they had already sold them to me. When I asked what they could do to make it right, they offered a price that was the same as other online retailers. I told them that I would not pay that price to a company that cancelled my order and did not inform me that they had done so until I called them to check the order status a week later. I will not do business with them in the future."
