"Besides having the best price I could find online, Tactics was also the easiest online store to navigate and use. The Nike DK boots I purchased ended up being the wrong size and I had to send them back to exchange for a different size. The instructions to return informed me that I had to contact the store before I could proceed with the exchange. I found out this was to insure that I was totally satisfied with my purchase and that they personally addressed any and all issues I was having. The return process was smooth as silk and that is coming from someone who HATES mailing packages because of the hassle.
