Needed to complain to paypal. When I asked them to give me mailing address so I could lodge a complaint with state consumer agency, they refused to cooperate. They did not want me to go to a neutral third party to see if this type of business behavior is acceptable or legal.

"This is THE BEST PLACE ONLINE to buy Leupold scopes if you are willing to wait about a week to a week and a half for delivery. They are at least $50-100+ cheaper here than anywhere else I can find and I'm pretty dang good at finding deals online. I've bought 2 Leupolds from them (a vx-r and a vx-6) and both were in perfect NIB conditioned and I got they for much less $ than anywhere else ($70 less on the vx-r and $180 less on the vx-6). They have a 5-7 day processing period but after that the product shipped quickly on both my orders.

After I found and ordered my item (and at a really good price) I was notified the next day that my order was canceled and refunded as their inventory had not refreshed on the website and they were out of stock.
