"I havent yet got my product yet, so I probably should wait to do this review but I can add a suggestion.
For the proof part of the process, instead of making the customer print out the proof form, sign, scan and return, why not do like 90% of other companies who require proofs and just let the customer reply to the email as "approved". It really makes things easier and will actually speed things up on your end. I had to wait an extra day because I did not have time to print, sign and scan (printer problems) and had to wait til the following day to approve the proof. Just a suggestion, that's all. Keep up the good work. "
