"Received tshirts, womans was a bit tighter, had asked what size would be recommended against my UK size. I had to put the badge on to another tshirt. Then in the night of wearing it, the connection to the battery pack was poor and didnt connect properly, when trying to get a connection, the wire had to be on an angle, causing the wire to break and my tshirt not to work. I feel that I wasted alot of money on it, due to this, next to me paying for the tshirts but also had to pay £15.00 at customs. These were meant to be keep sakes and to be worn for our hen/stag nights and on our honeymoon. Highly disappointed and a little angry.
After writing this, the team got in contact and gave me the opportunity to have a new tshirt sent. I ordered the next size up. The tshirt came quite quickly and not charge from customs. Tshirt worked and we got to take them on our honeymoon and now have keep sakes. Over the moon with final product. Happy that i was sent a replacement, no charges. "
