"I wish I had checked this site before placing my order. I've had 14 days of the same crap others posted here have had. At this point I'm hoping that they really do send the stuff because I plan to reject the charges. I'll keep their stuff and let them fight ME if they want it back."

"I ordered the game 20Q from this company 11/29. I am extreamly angry with this company. I was promised a tracking # for my order on Dec. 14th for delivery by Christmas - NEVER received it. I called and actually got ahold of someone who told me that my order was in good order and was being shipped. That was 12/7 which prompted my call. They were very good at putting me at ease. Since the last email I received on 12/14 I have called multiple times, sent 7 emails and logged onto the live chat 15 times - always the same answer - nothing. I have never had such an unbelieveable experience in my life. I am an avid online shopper but NEVER again with TV Market Place. The 20q's I ordered - buy 3 get 1 free - were for 4 children for Christmas. Now they will get nothing until after Christmas since I only have 2 days left to receive anything. I hope you pay for the broken hearts and the unhappiness of all of us over this. You should not be allowed to promise hard working people product for Christmas and then screw us. Why are they not made to close their web site. It seems to me with as many complaints as there have been and are they would make them take down the web site. They have more bad reviews than good which I wish I had read before I ordered. I will also do what ever I have to do to make these people sorry that they did this to my kids at Christmas. I am EXTREAMLY UNHAPPY about this. "

"BEWARE!! It's been 1 week and the package hasn't shipped. I should have seen the signs while checking out as they don't have a good process. I tried calling all their contact numbers and get "mailbox full". Their online chat doesn't work and neither does the FAX. Emails are also not returned. I cancelled the credit card that I used and sent them an email. I got an "Urgent -Reply Needed" email from them 3 hours later saying that my payment was denied...DUH!! They must not have read my other emails or tried to phone me. They'll only listen when they don't get any money. Please take some time to read the other responses here. If you've placed an order, do as I've done and cancel the card# and get a replacement card and purchase from a reputable site. I learned my lesson...and this site needs to learn one quite badly."

"ordered 4 ab-chairs to be given as xmas gifts. received email 11/14 saying they were on backorder, but would be here within 2 wks. 11/28, received same email. now, cant reach thru any of their 6 numbers(mail box is full), or thru live chat. i have emailed them several times and still no responce from them. they have not charged my card yet but not the point, i was told they would definatly be here by xmas, now i am wondering if that is true.answer the phone!i will gladly write positive review, when i have something positive to say!"

"FINALLY!!! after days and days of making harrassing phone calls, posting nasty emails, and doing a thorough background investigation, I FINALLY got my money back!!!!! needless to say the check was SENT on 12/14 even though they said it would actually be at my house on 12/6.
clearly they had no intention of giving me my refund until i harrassed them. If you get ripped off by these guys, DONT BACK DOWN. We as Americans cant let these crappy businesses take us for our hard earned cash. They are selling knock-off stuff anyway. "This company should be put out of business. They are outright crooks. I only received one very small part of my order which was a key finder.
I did not receive the 6 space bags I paid for although the tracking says the order was delivered. No one will respond to my emails nor answer the many phone numbers they offer.Called USP they say package delived claimed to be 2 pounds. this proves it could not have held the space bags nor did it actually even weigh that much.
at http://www.topix.net/forum/city/waukesha-wi/TVH23L4DFNH8SO1R5 I found a load of very unhappy customers who have also been ripped off.
I will be filing a complaint against this company

I have not heard from the company at all about the status of my order. No response to my many emails, no live chat -only offline, and all 6 of their phone #s have full mailboxes? The deal or no deal handheld games are promised to arrive in time for Christmas. Santa help me!

"I ordered the true pro curling iron and paid extra for shipping quickly. Now I can not even get them on the phone....On the email....or their rediculous "fake" instant chat line. Never seen such poor customer service . I have contacted the district attorney and the Wisconsin st6ate police and they are already under investigation for fraud. They ahve had 272 complaints since October. "

"VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PLACED THIS ORDER ON THE 11TH OF NOVEMBER, THEY SENT AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING # SAYING SHOULD BE SENT THE 14TH OF NOVEMBER,BUT NO PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT TO THE SHIPPER JUST THE SHIPPING INFO. SO I CALLED AFTER HOLDING FOR OVER 20MINUTES GOT A HOLD OF SOMEONE HE SAID IT WOULD BE SHIPPED IMMEDITALY. WAITED A WEEK NO PRODUCT. SO I EMAILED WITH NO RESPONSE. CALLED AGAIN WAITED FOREVER AGAIN, HE SAID WOULD BE SHIPPED OUT NO LATER THAN THE 8TH OF DECEMBER. SO THIS WILL BE THIER LAST CHANCE IF NOT SHIPPED BY THE 8TH I'LL CANCEL THE ORDER. TODAY IS THE 2ND OF DECEMBER. JUST WANT TO MAKE OTHERS AWARE OF THE POOR COMMUNICATION EVEN IF YOU DO GET TO TALK TO SOMEONE ITS JUST ALOT OF B/S TO ME, THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. "I just purchased the table mate II..buy 2 get one free.....??? Will I even get them who knows
..and let me say what a mistake for using this company. No customer service at all. I can only imagine what is gonna be shipped if anything will even be shipped. Bad thing is I wanna cancel my order and be done with the company completly but how do you do that whenever they don't reply to emails or have a working phone line. What a freakin joke of a company. Hopefully I will have them reply to this cause there is no hope through email. So TVMARKETPLACE when and if you read this reply to this and give me some answers....!!

"On October 13th I placed an order online for The Gopher Deluxe. They had a deal for buy one get one free. I ordered 3 Gophers which means I should have gotten 3 free. I rec'd two Gophers, which means I should have been charged for one and rec'd one free plus S&H. The cost per gopher was $19.00, I was charged $71.85 and NEVER received the balance of my order. We have called the company several times and have never been able to speak to anyone. When we emailed, we got a response indicating that they would send us the tracking information but they still havent. I would NEVER order from this company again, their customer service is non-existent and they do not make good on their orders. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!"
