"EXTREMELY UNHAPPY- I PLACED AN ORDER FOR SPACE BAGS ON 1/10/2007 FROM TV MARKET PLACE ONLINE. I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL 1/19/07 IT WAS SHIPPED. IT IS NOW 3/7/2007. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SPACE BAGS AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT TV MARKET PLACE BY PHONE, E-MAIL OR LIVE CHAT THEY SAY THEY OFFER. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE OR THE MAIL BOX IS FULL. THEY DON'T RESPOND TO E-MAILS E- I HAVE LOST COUNT ON HOW MANY I HAVE SENT FOR STATUS OF MY ORDER.THERE IS NEVER AN OPERATOR ON LINE FOR THE LIVE CHAT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. I WILL NEVER AGAIN. I WILL ALSO BE CHECKING MY CC CARD STATEMENT VERY CLOSELY!"

"I have waited 17 days (so far!)for my space saver bags & not only have I NOT received them, but cannot reach TV MarkePlace by phone ***-***-**** or fax ***-***-****. These are the contact numbers they list on their site! I did send them an email demanding cancellation of my order so I will be watching my credit card statement very closely!"

"i orderd a deluxe one-touch hands free can opener on 1-10-2007.got it on 1-30 2007 and it dousen't work.i tried to email them and no response.i called all the phone #s and no response.i wrote them and the same no response.i think i'm stuck with a non working can opener.i will never order from them agian.not happy"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! I placed my order for an ab lounger on feb. 12, 2007. Nine days later and I still haven't heard anything about it. I have e-mailed,and called them many times. No one picks up the phone, and no one e-mails you back. Don't even try to do the live chat because no one is ever on. They have my money and my credit card number. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS SITE! YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR PRODUCT!"

"I ordered from Space Bags from TV Marketplace in the Spring of 2006. Order was finally billed to my credit card on July 22 and shipped. This was after numerous e-mails and phone messages to cancel the order to which I never received a response. Produce was defective; bags did not hold air. Product was returned via UPS on 8-18-06. I have not received a refund or any response to numerous phone calls. I received a new e-mail in late February 2007 notifying me that my order was being processed and would be shipped shortly (this was the original order that was defective & had been returned). DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE & NO WAY TO CONTACT ANY COMPANY EMPLOYEE. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER."

"After 30day's, attempted to cancel. No response to e-mails. Phones were not taking new messages.
NO CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT, so i thought they had received my messages and simply did not reply.
Guess What, after I had purchased another opener, their order was delivered (no notice of shipping)45 days later.
Now I have a charge to my statement and no advise from them on the return. A scam of some type and would advise sanyone NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!

"Buyer Beware. Extreme poor, almost non-existent customer service. No communication from company regarding back-ordered item. "Live chat" a fraud, "mailbox full" standard responce to all phone #'s and fax. Non-shipment of order after 3 weeks, finally after calling, emailing, faxing many many times a day for 2 weeks got ahold of a real person who told me item was back ordered. I cancelled the order and consider myself lucky."

"The website was easy to traverse. The product was pretty well explained, however I was disappointed to see that every time you click the button you record over what you said. I thought you would have the allotted time before the tape ran out. So, with that in mind, the product was way overpriced and disappointing, but would have cost too much to return, so I just kept it.
The shipping time was good, but once again, I was charged way too much for shipping.

"UPDATE: Only after I filed a complaint with the BBB did I get any kind of response from them and finaly got them to cancel my order,, so a word to the dissatisfied,, file a complaint with the BBB....

(First Entry) I wish I had seen this site before I ordered from this company..I have to agree with all the other dissatisfied customers.. I placed my order on Jan 22 and still have not heard anything from them,, I have emailed them 4 times, tried calling multiply times and even tried the live chat all to no avail... I too will never buy from them again and will be filing a complain with the BBB. I want to cancel my order but since I can't get anyone I shall wait and see.. Live and Learn I guess..
