"We absolutely love our school. The teachers sincerely care about our baby and make us feel so comfortable. It is not easy to leave your baby when you go back to work, but these teachers helped to make it better. They're so attentive and understand our child's need which is so wonderful. Our baby loves everyone at daycare and it's great to see how happy he is while in their care. I always tell everyone how happy we are with the facility and staff. If there was one downside, it is a bit pricey, but it's worth it for the great care that our child receives."
"I was very impressed with the atmosphere of the school, compared to La Petite Academy, a sister school which I had toured prior to Tutor Time. I like that the school has large, separate classrooms and everything appeared neat and orderly. Alexis was an excellent tour guide and answered all my questions satisfactorily, despite the fact that it was the end of the day. I still have not decided if I am going to return to work right away or not, but if I do I will be strongly considering Tutor Time."
"Overall my experience has been for most part very pleasant. My son loves his teachers and we love how we get consistent updates via the app. The school and children rooms are always clean. My only issue is that the directors aren't as friendly as the teachers most times but I must add that any issues/concerns/questions we've had, the directors have worked very quickly to provide answers/feedback and make sure we are satisfied. I can definitely say that we get what we pay for and it's obvious the tuition is put to good use at the school."
"The Director and staff were very welcoming. Everyone seemed to be calm and happy which is fantastic to experience. I enjoyed tour. I do wish that the kindergarten class had windows, but other than that its a great facility. I have already been in contact with 2 other families that are looking and have contacted corporate to attempt to set up a corporate discount for my company."

THE PLACE IS FILTHY AND THEY NEED TO HIRE A BETTER CLEANING COMPANY. Not sure if anyone has squatted down to see the amount of dirt and filth at the children's level; where they put their hands, etc. All doors, walls, and light switches are dirty. Sometimes even during the daytime, the rooms looked like they were never cleaned the evening before... Don't like the turnover at the school in the older children's rooms. New younger staff don't do their part to properly care for the kids, specifically the later part of the day."

"Communication during transition to new classrooms has been poor During the 5 years only 1 teacher has handed me a sheet introducing herself and explaining what they will do at this new level. The time warning before a switch was also poor. It would be nice to know a little ahead of time in order to prepare my child."
